(Ariel's Pov) *THE NEXT DAY*
After last night's adventure of me and Tracey walking along the beach of Murcott Island, eventually it got really late so we headed back to the Pokemon Center and tried to get some shut eye. The next morning, I woke up with Tracey not by my side which made me confused if not a little worried. I sighed as I sat up and rubbed my face tiredly. I looked at the time seeing it was a little after 7am.
I hopped out of bed stretching and yawning before lightly shaking my pokemon awake who were all sleeping, scattered across the bedroom floor. They groaned and took a minute to wake up which made me smile softly "morning everyone" I greeted; they cried out a morning which made me giggle softly "Did any of you guys see where Tracey went?" I asked, they all shook their heads which made me sigh a bit, "he's probably checking on that Scyther. He must be worried about it" I stated,
The others nodded which made me sigh a bit "Well, let's go then" I said as me and my Pokemon headed out of the room and to the kitchen to first get some coffee which thankfully was already made. I sighed a bit in relief as I grabbed a mug, poured myself some coffee and headed to the other side of the pokemon center where the pokemon go to be treated.
I looked seeing Tracey and Nurse Joy talking which made me smile softly "Told ya" I said, my pokemon nodded as we walked over to them which made Nurse Joy smile and walk away "Hey. There you are. You're up early" I said, he looked at me and smiled softly "Hey. Sorry I took off so early. I just came to check on Scyther" he said scratching his head a bit. I smiled softly and rubbed his back "no worries. Are you alright?" I asked,
He smiled softly "yea, I'm okay. H-How are you? Did you sleep okay?" he asked, I blushed shyly and nodded "I slept great and I'm doing okay" I said, he nodded and kissed my cheek which made me smile shyly and sip my coffee "how's Scyther doing?" I asked, Tracey sighed a bit "Much better. Nurse Joy is going to be changing its bandages in a little bit and hopefully it should be healed in no time" he said, I nodded "well that's a relief. Is it still mad at us?" I asked,
He chuckled a bit "Sorta but Nurse Joy says it understands why we did what we did" he said, I giggled a bit "Yea. Well, it should be a little grateful" I said, Tracey nodded as the others soon woke up and joined us "there you guys are" Misty commented, me and Tracey nodded "How's Scyther doing?" Ash asked, "Better" Tracey said, the others smiled and nodded "Shall we get some breakfast?" Misty suggested,
We all nodded and headed out of the Pokemon Center and off to the nearest diner to get some breakfast. I had returned all my pokemon aside Kip and put the rest in my pocket for later. When we got to the diner, we walked into the smell of freshly brewed coffee beans and food which made all of our stomachs growl.
We chuckled before walking in and finding a booth to sit at. Ash and Misty sat by each other despite them always bickering like children while me and Tracey sat across from them with Kip on my shoulder. A waiter came by, gave us menus and started us off with drinks, "So what should we do now after the Scyther gets better?" Misty asked, "Well, if it's still mad about losing to the new leader, it should have the opportunity to battle it once Scyther fully heals" Ash stated,
