This week was one of the worst weeks I had. I had a really bad fever, didn't do so well on tests, and now I'm being called to Professor Dumbledore's office because of a misunderstanding of a mishap with another student.I was in the Great Hall and two Gryffindors that I didn't know were messing around with me. They were running around and trying to block the way I was trying to walk towards and they shoved into a Ravenclaw student.
The two Gryffindors had ran off before the Ravenclaw student could see who shoved him, and he thought that I did. I tried to explain to him that it was two Gryffindor students messing with me, but he didn't listen and told Professor McGonagall.
I tried to explain to Professor McGonagall too, but she didn't listen. "I will hear nothing of you, miss y/l/n, please follow me to Professor Dumbledore's office," she said sternly. It took everything in me not to punch a wall.
I enter Professor Dumbledore's office. "Albus, it's been reported that Y/n y/l/n shoved this student," she says. Professor Dumbledore gives Professor McGonagall a nod. "Sir, do you want to explain to me what happened?" Professor Dumbledore asked the Ravenclaw student.
"I was about to exit the Great Hall when she shoved me. I thought it was awfully rude and if you wanted me to move faster, you should have just said so!" the boy said, now looking at me.
"Professor Dumbledore, it wasn't me! There were two other students from Gryffindor messing with me and they shoved him, not me!" I exclaimed.
"Do you know who they were?" He asked. I shook my head. "But I promise it wasn't me, Professor! I would never ever shove another student," I say.
Professor Dumbledore sat there quietly. "I'll let you off with a warning. But if I hear again," he said.
"You won't."
"Very well. Off you both go," he excused us.
I stomped out of his office and felt like kicking something. "Let me off with a warning? I didn't even do anything," I whisper to myself.
I was walking in the halls, making my way back to the common room. "Hey, Y/n, how was your little office trip?" I turned to see who was talking to me. It was one of the Gryffindor students who were messing with me earlier. "Leave me alone," I say.
They did not leave me alone.
"You in trouble?" The other said, nudging me.
"I said leave," I say again, more sternly.
The two Gryffindor students were shoving me from side to side. The other students were watching now. I had enough.
"Petrificus Totalus!" I zapped at them both. They fell straight on the floor.
I stormed off as people watched me. I passed by Draco, who saw I was clearly upset. "Baby, what's wrong?" He asked. I shoved him out of my way. "Not now, Draco," I say.
He looked to the front to see what was going on. He saw the two Gryffindors on the floor.
He ran back to catch up to me. "Hey, what's wrong?" He asked again.
I was slightly hyperventilating. I burst out in light sobs. "Hey, hey, it's okay. Let's sit," he said as he sat us down on a stone bench. He checked to see that no one was around.
I put my hand up to my nost to prevent snot from dripping. I sniffled. I felt so overwhelmed from all the anger. Draco sat there and rubbed my back. He let me calm down a bit before asking again what happened. My throat felt tight that I couldn't really talk.
"Was it those two Gryffindors?" He asked. I nodded. "Were they bothering you?" He asked again, only sounding a bit more angry this time. I look up to see his face. He bit the inside of his cheek.
"Hey, it's okay. If you want, I'll go report this to Professor Dumbledore, okay? And when I get back, we'll make some hot chocolate, mk?" He said.
Hot chocolate was my favorite.
