Chapter 5

"So Itadori is our chef?" I nodded my head when we entered the cafeteria. "Good morning, Roi! Good morning Kugisaki!" Yuji enthusiastically greeted us.

"Uh still early for this"

"Morning"

We both said, Nobara taking her seat already while I make myself some coffee. "Roi, what do you want for lunch?" He flipped the pancake. "Huh, why is she the only person your asking? Don't you know how I risk my life for you?!" Nobara groaned and Yuji has a confused expression on his face.

"When did that happen?"

"Yester— grr you won't even understand me" she huffed looking away. "Whatever food we still have here" I answered taking a sip. "Okay pork cutlet for lunch!" He grinned.

"Morning" Megumi entered the room and we all greeted him back. He stood beside me and I let him take my cup.

"You two are very close" Nobara suddenly said out of nowhere. "Well birds who share the same feather flocks together" I mumbled at her accepting the cup after he took a sip.

"Well you two also look so snappy all the time" we gave him a glare. "See!" He yelled pointing the spatula at us.

"I can't accept this!" Nobara hissed slamming her fist on the table then giving Megumi a glare. "Why do you look prettier than me?! Those long eyelashes are illegal! You look more prettier when you stand beside her! Both of your looks are illegal!" We deadpan.

"What kind of beauty products do you both use to have such flawless skin?!" She cried out to us. "This is unforgivable!" I took a sip and gave the cup to him.

"Yeah unforgivable on why we are stuck with children" they gasp at his remark. "Glad you two aren't contagious. It will be problematic if we got infected by it" he added taking a drink.

"Infected by what?! By our stupidity?!" She hissed.

"I didn't say something about it"

I can't believe his riling them up especially Nobara

"Hey we know were stupid sometime—"

"What do you mean we?! It's only you!"

"Hey, it's we!"

We just watch the two, sharing the coffee while they banter with each other.

Yuji finished cooking our breakfast and our breakfast is really chaotic. I think eating with them will always be chaotic and fun.

"No. Ro. I!" We just finished eating our breakfast when he appeared in a dramatic way at the entrance.

"Great another headache" he groaned finishing the second cup of coffee I made for us. "Ready yourself!" He shouted and I raised an eyebrow.

"You're going on your first official mission!" Megumi chokes, Nobara almost drops her cup, and Yuji almost drops the plate. All having a surprised expression including me.

"Wait why is it only her?!"

"Yeah, why is it only her?!"

The two asked. "It's because it is only for her" he answered nonchalantly. "Can't we tag along?" Megumi scowled. "Nope!" He answered with a grin.

"You three have classes"

"But so as she!"

I stood up from my seat. "Well see you later," I told them. "No fair!" They whined. "We'll be going now!" Gojo slings his arms around my shoulder. "Be careful" Megumi said and I nodded my head.

"Good luck!"

"Thanks"

"Ba bye!" Gojo dragged me out of the room and I remove his arms around me fixing my black shirt. "Does the Zenin have something to do with this?" He nodded his head making me scowl.

"Well, news about you suddenly fly. Of course, they want to see if you have some development after four years" we walked to the dorm to fetch my jacket and weapon.

"It doesn't mean I wasn't actually active in this kind of life I didn't exorcise curses. The school I've gone to has curses and whenever I see one I always exorcise them" I muttered not bothering to fix my hair after the wind blew it.

"Don't you have any plans to say hi?" He asked when we saw them on the other side. "No" I answered getting myself swallowed by it.

I appeared in my room. Removing my skirt I wore the pants and the jacket. Getting my weapon resting on the side I slung it behind me and walk out, Gojo waiting for me outside the dorm building.

"You resemble someone" I rolled my eyes on him and secured my gloves. "They want to see some improvements huh? Then I'll show them how I improve for the past couple of years" I smirk.


"Gojo-sensei, how long will it take Roi to come back?!" Yuji pouted sad that she's the only one who got a mission. "This is really unfair" Nobara groaned leaning her face on her hand.

"Depends on how fast she'll finish it" he smiles continuing to wonder if he'll continue the lesson or not seeing how unmotivated his students are. "Sensei, what kind of mission is she handling?" Megumi finally spoke for the first time since she left.

"Ah, that" he laughed looking away. "Sensei" Megumi narrowed his eyes on him, seeing how he avoiding to answer his question. "What grade mission did she get?" He asked sternly.

"Protective mode activated!!"

The two thought sweat dropping.

"She was sent to Chiba—"

"Chiba!" The two exclaimed in envy. "You two shut it" they shut their mouths looking away. "Sensei, her mission" he demanded glaring at their teacher.

"Well, she just needs to deal with a bunch of grades one curses that's all! Class ended!" He answered leaving the room.

"Bunch of grade one curses?!" Nobara gasps. "So Noroi is grade one?!" Megumi pulled his phone and dialed her number. "No. Noroi is a grade two. It's only normal for grade two to take down grade one but she's taking down a bunch of grade one curses" he scowled calling her again.

"So Roi is in trouble?!" Yuji stood up. "No. Noroi is strong. Maybe even stronger than me" Sukuna who's bored inside his domain raised an eyebrow at that statement he gave.

"Really?!" The two gasps and Megumi silenced them to shut up when she finally picked up the phone. He turned it on a loudspeaker so the others can hear her too.

[What?]

"How's your mission?"

[Exorcised a bunch of grade one. If I remember it correctly they're all over five I think? Plus some lower grades] their eyes widen at that especially those two who have more knowledge when it comes to jujutsu.

Sukuna sat up straight now listening carefully to the conversation.

[I'm going back now]

"You finished your mission already?" He looked at the time and it's only been two hours since she left.

[Yeah. I deal with the troublesome curses which is the grade one so I won't have a problem dealing with the lower one's] she answered walking out of the abandoned building.

[Are you calling me because you're worried?]

"No" the two quietly snickered. "Liar" he gave them a glare. [I'm ending the call. I'll be back before lunch. Bye] Noroi didn't bother to wait for his reply and ended the call, getting out of the building.

Ijichi winced seeing the girl. She looks terrible, hair disheveled, uniform ripped. Because her uniform is white the stains are pretty evident. Her once white top is now dirty with dust and blood.

"Sorry for making you wait"

"It's fine. It's my job to wait" he smiles amazed at how she quickly finished the mission within an hour.


When we arrived at the school I went to her office to get some treatment.

"You look terrible" before I can answer her question the door slammed opened. "Welcome back! So how was it— oooh you got it rough huh?" He trudged in closing the door.

"Well three of the grade one curses suddenly gang up on me, so things got tough" I answered taking a sit. "Poor uniform. Got ruined in the first day of mission" he sobbed like he's mourning for it.

"Looking at you right now reminds me of someone" Ieiri chuckled using her technique on me. "Well both of them were gloomy" he giggled.

"So how was your mission?" He asked sitting backward on the chair. "Fine" I answered. "Was it fun?" He gave me a smirk.

Was it really fun? Did I enjoy it?

"I don't know" I answered. "Maybe?" I answered unsurely. Mumbling a small thanks after she treated me.

"But seeing how you easily handle that mission. You can be graded as a semi-grade one" Ieiri chimed disposing of her gloves. "Getting a higher grade means higher payment but also higher mission. I don't want to go on a higher mission because it's troublesome and really tiring" I mumbled standing up.

"Thanks again, sensei. Bye," I told them leaving the dorm. Instead of walking in the daylight, I walked to the darkness to avoid getting myself seen by people.

Arriving at my room I quickly changed my outfit and leave the weapon and walked out of the building.

"Noroi/Roi, welcome back!" I nodded my head and placed it on the table. "Sushi!" Nobara smiles and I move away before she can hug me.

"Glad you don't look terrible" I accepted the drink he offers and sat beside him. "There's no mission where we won't look terrible. And that is a fact because you got yourself beat—" he elbowed my side making me hiss.

"Hey be gentle okay? I just received treatment from Ieiri-sensei"

"Roi, was your opponent strong?" I nodded my head taking a drink. "Not that much but it's tough" I answered combing my messy hair. "Tell us what happened!" Nobara smiles eating already.

Taking one piece of the food I started to tell them about my mission as we wait for Yuji to finish the food he's cooking.


It was the next day and the day wasn't gloomy like the relatives.

"Okay, for this afternoon lesson we're going to have combat training!"

'I almost got beat by curses and you want the others to beat me?'

"Roi, lets tra—"

"I'll decide who your opponent is" he smirks and Noroi suddenly got a bad feeling about it.

"Crap of all the people"

"Yuji vs Nobara! And Megumi vs Noroi! Now you four follow me to the dojo"

"Dojo Gojo" Yuji giggled making Nobara snicker and the two scoff. They arrived at one of the biggest dojo and Gojo told them the rules.

"Whoever wins will fight the other winner. It's either render your opponent movement, make them surrender, and throw them out of the ring" he smiles.

"Yuji, Nobara, you two first"

"Can we use our technique?" Nobara hopefully asks. "No" her hope has been shattered. "Then I surrender! No way I'll let that idiot beat me!" She exclaimed. "Okay Yuji, you won" he smiles shocking his students.

"Well wasn't that so fast"

"Megumi, Noroi" he smirks. "You two are up now" they scoff and walked to the ring. "No killings okay!!" He added smiling at them. "Huh, killings?" They were both confused at his statement.

"Loser gets to do all chores in a week" Megumi informed securing his gloves. "Then ready yourself" she tied her hair in a high ponytail.

"Because you'll be the one losing right now"

"Don't get cocky"

The two gulp at the tension the relatives creative and Gojo smiles widen.

'I can't remember the last time these two train together?'

"Go!"

'I wonder who will win'

Noroi made the first move. She dashed to him and throw a punch. Megumi ducked and quickly crossed his arm before her knee can make contact with his chest.

He threw a punch but she caught his wrist, twisting his arm behind him. She kicked the back of his legs making him fall down and she slammed his body to the mat earning a pained grunt from him. "Cocky? I'm just saying the truth" Noroi smirks her knee digging in Megumi's back.

The two have their jaws drop and Gojo smirks.

'Okay I was a bit cocky back there'

Because his other hand is free he quickly raised it holding her hair. "Hey is pulling a hair even allowed?!" Megumi scoff after breaking free.

"Well, you gotta do what you gonna do when it comes to fighting" Gojo laughed amused. "Hey, that's cheating!" Nobara shouted. "I mean sensei is right" Yuji mumbled.

"Megumi, if you won't take this training seriously I'm going to break your bones" Noroi threatened that made the two shiver. "Shut up. I'm just getting started" he hissed wiping his sweat.

The two run to each other and the real fights finally started. The two who were first excited got anxious while Gojo take down some notes in his brain.

"Sensei, I think you should stop them" Yuji got worried after catching a glimpse of the slight craze glint that appeared in her eye. It also didn't ease up his worries when she's starting to smirk, indicating that she's liking the fight. "Itadori is right" Nobara is also worried seeing the two starting to look some crazy blood-thirsty people in her eyes.

"Don't worry they'll be fine. This is just how they spare" he smiles at his students and patted their heads to ease their worries.

"Shit!" Noroi got a hold of his hair and pulled him back before raising her leg, stomping on his stomach bringing him down. Megumi held her leg and wrapped his legs on her then brought her down.

Quickly getting up he threw a punch but Noroi was more faster by throwing a punch. Megumi got pushed away and Noroi rolled backward standing up.

Both are panting, sweating furiously, bruises forming in their bodies and cuts and blood.

"Hah is that all you've got?!" Noroi taunted wiping her face. "I was about to ask the same question too!" Megumi smirks wiping the blood off his lips before running to attack her.

"This two are clearly losing their sanity now!!"

The third round was more fierce than the second round making the two tense in their places. Gojo has a blank expression, his eyes settling down on Megumi.

'He's giving his all when it comes to fighting her. Is it because he wants to show her that he's also strong? Does he feel inferior around her?'

Then his eyes settled down on Noroi.

'When it comes to fighting be it a cursed spirit or human she never really hesitate to give her all. She never really hesitate. Making her dangerous'

The two gasps when Megumi slammed her head on the ground after getting an opening. He was about to slam her head again when Noroi wrapped her legs on his waist then rolled her body, changing their position.

Without wasting any second she slammed his head on the ground. Her lips slowly formed into a crazy smile.

The two held their breaths when she slammed his head again on the ground. Noroi was going to slam him for the third time when Megumi's hand move, punching her chest, knocking the airways of her lungs. Pushing her away he spins giving her head a kick.

"Is this even training?!" Nobara hissed. "This is not training anymore but a death battle!" Their heads are bleeding, blood coating their faces, making them more worried than before. To make things worst it looks like they won't give up because of the expression they have.

Both have crazy expressions on their faces. But Noroi's expression is more stronger than Megumi's expression.

They dashed to each other fist raised and when they both got near each other they swing their fist hitting each other on the face.

"This is a cliche scene in fights!!" The two exclaimed when the last attack knocked them both out. "Should you be even laughing?!" They screeched when their teacher laughed. Gojo even pulled his phone out and started to take pictures of them.

Gojo stopped realizing something. He stared at his students that are knocked out. Then his eyes glanced at the blood and muttered a cuss under his breath.

'Shit Yaga will kill me'


"You two looking good!" He grinned giving us a thumbs up. Megumi and I looked at each other and we nodded our heads. "I'm sorry!" Yuji screamed. Me holding his legs and Megumi holding his arms. The two of us stretched him.

"You two look terrible" Nobara snickered eating an apple. "Ieiri-sensei, only heal our major injury which is our head. The rest needs to be healed naturally" Megumi told her the two of us still stretching Yuji's body.

"Punishment for what we did" I added and we synchronously let him go, creating a loud thud on the floor. "To be honest I'm kinda disappointed I lost" I mumbled brushing the bandage in my head. "How about me? I'm more disappointed you know. It's unfair I received more injury than you" he grumbles in annoyance.

"Well it's not my fault your weak" his eyes twitched and he sauntered in my direction. "Care to repeat what you've said?" He growled gripping my shirt.

"Well it's not my fault your weak" I repeated and his eyes turned sharp. "We both lost but we both know who won and that's me. Because" I leaned my face and smirked. "I am not weak as you" I emphasize all the words.

"Roi/Noroi!" I wipe my lips and quickly got up punching him in the face. "And that is how you throw a punch" I laughed and he quickly lunged at me.


"Okay, who started the fight?" Gojo sternly asked at the kneeling children in front of him. Yaga's scolding just finished, and when he arrived at the classroom. The two troublesome children were fighting... Again.

"Yuji/Itadori" the two answer without any kind of hesitation. Yuji's jaw drops eyeing them with pure disbelief and Nobara coughed, stifling her laugh.

In the end, the whole class got disciplined. Even Yuji and Nobara because they didn't stop the two.


"This is both of your faults!!" Nobara hissed Yuji stopping her from hitting the two with the broom. "Hey, I should be the one being angry right now! They just put the blame on me!" The two looked away. When they both gave them a glare.

"Let's just split up to make things faster" Megumi suggested. "I'll take the west," Noroi said. "Tsk then south!" Nobara is still glaring at them.

"Then north" when he noticed that she slightly calmed down he carefully and slowly let her go. "Then east is mine" the first years were tasked to clean the yards of the school as their punishment.

"Hey want to do our homework together?"

"As long as it's your room then sure"

"Aren't they fighting?!"

Nobara and Yuji are watching the culprit in disbelief. They act like they just didn't beat each other asses a while ago that brought them to this situation.

"Kugisaki, no!" The two dodged her attack and quickly went to their designated areas. Nobara shouted in profanities and Yuji sweat drops and made his way out before she can vent her anger to him.


"Hey look it's Megumi" we took a stop and looked at where he pointed his finger at. "Is he actually sweeping?" I narrowed my eyes and frowned.

"Salmon"

"Shesh! He looks terrible! Who beat him?" In order to have answers, we approached him.

"Megumi!" He stops and raised his head. "Panda-senpai" then his eyes went to us. "Zenin-senpai" my face scrunched. "Stop calling me Zenin, Megumi" I scowled placing my hand at my hips.

"Kelp"

"Hello, Inumaki-senpai"

"Mustard leaf"

"I'm fine"

"Did you got yourself beat in your mission?" Panda asked and he shakes his head no. "We had combat training but things went out of hand" he answered. "Who the hell kicked your ass, Megumi?" I asked snickering.

"Noroi"

"Huh, Noroi is here?!"

"Tuna?!"

"Isn't she on Sendai right now studying?! Why is she here?! It's not like we don't like that she is here but still!" Panda exclaimed. "How come she's here when she doesn't have any interest to be here in the first place?!" I frowned.

Megumi heave a sigh and looked away from us. "Because this school finally gave her interest to be here. The jujutsu world finally gave her the interest to enter this world" he muttered which we still heard.

"Oi, what do you mean by that?" I scowled. "Maki, you're making yourself look mean in front of him" I clicked my tongue and took a deep breath to calm down.

"Tuna mayo?"

"You heard about the news about Sukuna getting a vessel?" We nodded our heads frowning. "Itadori Yuji is his name right?" He nodded his head.

"And he's from Sendai"

"Then does that mean when Sukuna got incarnated Noroi-chan got dragged?! That made her force to go enter here?!" Megumi looked at us and his eyes are serious.

"Itadori and Noroi are friends"

Our eyes turned wide and we three got shaken by that information.

"Noroi chose the hell she's been through because of him. The reason why she's here is because of Itadori Yuji"

"Even though she hates to be here she still went here because of him?" He nodded his head. "Mentaiko" I rubbed my face and took a deep breath. "So the rumors circulating around were really true huh" I mumbled.

"Rumors?"

"Tuna Mayo?"

"I don't know any rumors about her"

"It's just about if it's true that she's actually here, studying and striving to be a sorcerer like everyone else" Panda answered, Toge nodding his head.

"This will get troublesome" I clicked my tongue in irritation. "Why? Is there something wrong, Zenin-senpai?" I can see the hint of worries in his eyes. "Of course there is" I scowled crossing my arm.

"Now that she finally embrace this side, she also needs to embrace our family again" he grimaced. "Unlike you, Noroi is a Zenin by name and blood. She has ties and has a direct relationship with the clan" I sighed.

"The only thing that is stopping the clan from taking her is Satoru" I pause and grimace when I suddenly remembered the past.

"After all she is a candidate of being the next head of the Zenin clan"
