Chapter 19

My eyes fluttered opened and I raised my hand, brushing the strands off my face, to get a better vision of my surroundings.

I silently groaned feeling the prickling pain in my right arm. I stared at the curtain that is blocking the glass door and sighed.

"Megumi, wake up" I nudged the boy who's sleeping at my arm to wake up. "Megumi, wake up" he groaned and I sighed when he hid his face on my shoulder.

"Sleepy" he muttered making me sigh again. Looking at the curtain blocking the glass door, I placed my arms around him and let my shadow devour us two.

Bringing us into my realm.


"Have anyone of you seen Megumi?" Maki tiredly asked and everyone shakes their heads no. "Weird he's not on Noroi's room or his room so where could he be?" Panda whispered rubbing his chin.

"Should we report that he went missing?" Nobara received horrified looks from her senpai's. "Never mind but what are we going to do now?" She asked and the second year's let out a tired sigh.

"If he still didn't appear we're going to report it to Satoru"

"There's no need to report it. We're already here" they whipped their heads to the stairs and all of them have dumbfounded awestruck expressions on their faces.

"N-Noroi?!" They all gasp. "Long time no see" she greeted then combing her messy hair. "Is that really you?!" Nobara screeched looking at her from toe to head and her eyes settling at her head. Her waist-length hair turned to a messy bobcat with blue highlights.

"Glad to have you back again, Noroi" Maki sighed giving her a small smile. "Noroi-chan, I like your hair! It's so cool!" Panda exclaimed he and Inumaki circled the girl. "Salmon!" Inumaki agreed, nodding his head.

Nobara's eyes narrowed at her and she trudged at her way. "What's this?" She asked pointing at her neck. "What's what?" Noroi grumbles rubbing the side of her neck.

"Did you stay in some forest?" Megumi asked her. "You got a lot of mosquito bite" Noroi stared at him and she blinked her eyes. "Mosquito bites" the others repeated with confusion in their tones.

"Yeah I was in some forest" she mumbled looking away. "And yeah this is a mosquito bite" she whispered, feeling how the tip of her ears burn. The others can see how her face turned red but they just shrugged it off, thinking it was the heat that made her face red.

"Well a large mosquito that can also be categorized as a vampire"


"There's no kind of complication. You look good and healthy other than you resembling a corpse or a ghost now" Ieiri hummed writing some notes on her clipboard. "I also recommend using protection" Gojo spat his drink and I pursed my lips.

I wasn't embarrassed when Taro saw it but why am I slightly embarrassed when they're the ones seeing it?

"Did you and Yuji do the forbidden dance?!" My face scrunched to a scowl. "Just say fucked instead of using weird words" his face scrunched to a grimace.

"You are a minor"

"The legal age of consent is 13 and did I say the two of us literally fucked each other? I just said that use the word fucked instead of a forbidden dance. There's even no such thing as forbidden dance but a devil tangoes" Ieiri chuckled and he rolled his eyes at him.

"Doctor advice, use protection okay? You probably know what safe sex is right?" I nodded my head. "I am not ready to be a father!" Gojo hissed.

"I didn't come from your dick"

"Adopted father!"

"You're child between us. So did you adopt me as your mom or was I forcibly turned into your adopted mother?" He groaned and facepalmed. "When it comes to an argument or any kind of retaliation with words. Noroi always wins" Ieiri chuckled making him huff.

"Well that is quite correct but when the person I am arguing is dumb, stupid all definition of an idiot. I'll resort to violence"

"Violence is never an answer"

"Well for others, no but for me yes" I answered earning a deadpanned expression from them. "Well, your violence can really make people submit to you" Ieiri whispered, and Gojo deadpanned at her.

"Shoko, no"


"Noroi, can we talk?" I nodded my head securing my weapon behind me. "Make it fast I suddenly got a mission," I told her placing my hands inside my pocket.

"I heard what happened"

"Please elaborate on it. There are a lot of things happening around me and I don't know which one you're talking about" I told her and she suddenly looks hesitant making me confused.

"Mai suddenly called me" she whispered and I blinked my eyes. "About what happened back at the tsukechi gorge?" It was the one reason I know because it was the second time I saw her twin again.

"Yeah"

"And?" She pursed get lips. "She was asking if you're okay" she answered and my eyes glanced behind her, seeing Gojo waiting for me at the gates.

"I was shock hearing she contacted you knowing what relationship you two have" I mumbled. "Tell her I'm fine and that we'll be seeing each other again at the goodwill event. Also, tell her that it's not their group or her fault. It was my decision to do that, understand?" She nodded her head and I walked away.

"Thank you, Noroi" she whispered when I walked past her. I just nodded my head because I don't know what to reply to it.

"Before I forgot Utahime contacted me—"

"Probably to say thanks that I save her students?" He nodded his head and I let out an exasperated sigh. "Noroi, you need to stop that. You're a jujutsu sorcerer. You are now bounded by their rules" I pursed my lips.

"I may be bound by it but I will never going to let it control me"

"Noroi"

"Don't start an argument when we just reconciled, Gojo" he sighed loudly. "Just be careful. Please I am begging you to be careful. What you're doing right now is really dangerous and it can also affect Megumi so please always be careful" I nodded my head.

"I'll be. There's nothing for you to be worried about when I have everything under control, Satoru"


"I wonder what's Yuji doing right now?" I whispered pulling my weapon out, the spirit erupting into flames. "Does he have a phone? Of course not" I sighed resting the sword on my shoulder and walking away.

"I want to visit him but Megumi should be my priority first" still walking I swing my sword, exorcising the spirit. "Did Megumi improve? Did he exorcise max elephant already?" It's been two days since I got back and I have never seen him summon the elephant. He also didn't ask me for a spar.

"He probably going to beat me once Yuji got back" I can already imagine the shock, all kind of surprised expression on his face once I told them I was dating our supposed to be dead classmate.

I stopped being lazy and quickly finished my mission so I can take a rest and go home already.

"Great job, Noroi!" Ijichi smile after I got out of the building. "Let's go buy some souvenirs. I don't want to hear any kind of whinings and complaints from people back at the school" I yawned and he chuckled.

The two of us got inside the car and I pulled my phone after it dings inside my pocket.

I heard you're at Kawasaki city right now.
Aren't you going to pay a visit?


I grimace and quickly typed a reply.
