The updates might be little slower than usual during the next like two weeks bc my mother took my phone away bc I'm not supposed to have a private life. I am currently writing on my phone...I was not abt to let that old hag take my phone, so I just replaced it with a decoy.
And now I'm hiding all of my "scandalous" apps such as wattpad and any media that I can use to talk to other ppl.
I've privated my tiktoks in which I express myself, and have arranged everything so that it isnt seen.
Today my mother offered to give me back my phone if I unlocked it for her. I already have my phone back, but obviously I had to act as if I really bad to make a hard decision to choose between my privacy and my coping mechanism.
I told her I wouldnt unlock it, so "my phone" is still on top of the fridge. I'm planning to switch my phone and the decoy out so that I can say," ugh, fine I'll unlock it if u give me back my phone,"
But I have to wait until she offers the deal so as to not seem suddenly eager, desperate, or scheming or weak. I'll play along by saying something along the lines of," ....fine, but I ah e to charge it first, it's been a few days it's going to be dead," when she offers me the final deal. while the decoy is charging I'll switch h it out when the opportunity arises. Then I'll unlock my phone and if she wants the password I'll just change it later. My phone has been preparing to seem as if the worst I've done on it was simply use a certain website to read Tokyo revengers, hxh, and mha.
I will then regain the ability to use my phone freely.
I plan to outsmart my mother by hitting her where she is weak. Although not incompetent by any standard, she lacks much knowledge about technology. I will use this and my foresight in order to make this the first step in breaking my mother.
It sounds cruel, but I simply mean to help force her to see through another perspective.

Tl;dr
My mom took my phone away and I took it back secretly, so my updates will be slower due to the setback of having to wait until everyone's asleep to write comfortably.
I hope me explaining my plan was somewhat entertaining, if not I could try to write shorts unrelated to the main plot of my story.
Also, if you didnt notice, I edited a few of the beginning chapters and will continue to edit the chapters until j find it believable that I wrote those only months apart.
