David stares at the woman. "I thought you'd never ask." He says earning a laugh from Janet.
"Come on." She says as they both enter the building. The elevator takes them to the topmost floor.

Janet unlocks the door and let's her guest enter first.
"Ah. This place does seems like it belongs to you." David says.
"And how is that? Would you please remove your shoes, David?" Janet asks dropping her bag on one of the couches and getting rid of her heels.
"Yeah, sure. Well, this place is very lively. I can tell it belongs to you." He says making Janet laugh.
"Please sit down. Get yourself some comfort. I'll be right back." Janet leaves for her bedroom to get changed. When she returns, she finds David's discarded coat and tie on the couch. He is talking to someone on the phone.
"..Yeah cancel it. Okay. I gotta go." He says and cuts the call. He looks up at the girl and smiles at her casual attire.

"How do you like your coffee?" She asks walking into the kitchen. David follows her.
"Black." He replies.
"Why am I not surprised." Janet mutters.
David gets closer. A little to close.
"Excuse me? What is that supposed to mean?" He asks.
"Well, this hotshot businessman and black coffee shit is very common. What's wrong in letting some colours in? Now I'm up for black. I like black. But it seems everything around you businessmen is dark and gloomy." She replies shaking het head disapprovingly.
