There's a knock at the door. He replies a small "come in". His secretary peeps in. "Sir, Miss Claremont is here to meet you."

"What are you wearing, little miss?" David stands up to greet his guest. He hugs the girl and then bends down to kiss her.
Janet pulls away before it heats up. "I'm out with my cousin's kids today. They're waiting in the car. Took a break from work. Thought I'd stop by." She replies as they walk towards his desk.
David takes a seat and Janet perches on the desk, facing him. His laptop on her right. "Hmm. What do we have here?" Janet peeps into his laptop screen "You're look at houses? IN NEPAL? Wow, I'm impressed."
"Yes I am." David replies. "I mean, you told me that it's a beautiful place. And I don't have a house in the area. So why not?"
