** Carol's P.O.V **
"How's Katrina?" Governor Semenov asks
"She's doing... better. She still can't stand up but I'm sure once she's eaten some more, gotten a lot of rest, and drink a lot of fluids she'll be fine" I smile
"I really hope you're right... I was thinking about what Roger said and he was right, I am getting old. Pretty soon Katrina will take over for me and Janet will be our top spy, unless they leave.." Governor Semenov sighed
"I'm sure Katrina would be honored to take your place, have you told her yet?" I ask
"Niet.. never got the time.. im afraid she'll decline my offer.." Governor Semenov answers
"Govenor you have to tell her, she deserves to know her future" I reply
"Da you're right, I'll tell her right now" Governor Semenov smiled
"You're going to do great" I smile
I watch as Govenor Semenov walks into Katrina's, room
"I really hope she won't be mad" I mumble to myself
** Katrina's P.O.V **
"Governor Semenov?" I ask
"Da Katrina, we need to talk" Governor Semenov answers
"Alright, about what?" I ask
"Katrina I'm getting old, and I have a plan for you" Governor Semenov replies
"Do I need to assassinate someone to get more secrets?" I ask
"Niet, I want you to take over for me once I've retired" Governor Semenov answers
"But Governor, I'm not nearly as good as you!" I protest
"Katrina you're my bestest spy, I can think of no one better to replace me than you." Governor Semenov smiled
"Governor I don't know if I can do that... " I sigh
"Of course you can, I believe in you. Governor Russel" Governor Semenov smiled
"When you do retire, we'll still get to see eachother right?" I ask nervously
"Da I don't see why not, why do you ask?" Asks Governor Semenov
"Because you're more than my boss, you're my friend" I smiled
"Thank you Katrina, that means a lot to me" Governor Semenov smiled
"Will I be ready..?" I ask
"Da, when the time comes I know you'll be ready. Governor Russel" Governor Semenov smiles as he heads out
"How am I going to be a Governor if I can't even protect my wife? Maybe I should let someone else do it.. like David! He's my partner he'd do a good job.. no Katrina you can't do that, Governor Semenov believes in you so you need to impress him. You're going to be a great Governor... hopefully.." I mumble to myself
A few moments later Carol comes into my room, I smile at her.
"Hey Katrina" Carol greets me
"Hey Carol" I smile at her
"I thought you might want some company" Carol smiled
"Da, that would be nice" I smile, Carol was amazing company
Carol sits next to me, I motion for her to lay down with me. She smiles as does so, I lay my head onto her chest. I loved cuddling, and Janet wasn't here so I went with the next best person
