Chapter 31

** Carol's P.O.V **

I arrived back at Katrina's home in Russia, I had been crying the whole trip and I still hadn't stopped.. I missed Janet.. I couldn't believe she was actually gone..

"Why you pour water from your eyes Carol?" Katrina asks with a worried expression

"You know why you killed my lover!" I exclaim

"What are you talking about? And how did you get here?" Katrina asks confused

"Oh you're finally down from your high spell I see" I scoff

"Carol please explain what you mean" Katrina begged as she placed a hand on my shoulder

"YOU KILLED JANET!" I scream as I pull away, tears pouring down my cheeks

"What?! Janet's dead?! And I killed her?!" Katrina asks

"YEAH!" I say through tears

"NIET!" Katrina exclaimed

I look towards Katrina, she was now crying as well. I saw her get up and walk to a large box in the corner of the room, she opens the box and grabs a bag out of it. She comes back over to the couch as sits down, I instantly knew what was in the bag.

"Katrina no" I growl

"Da.." Katrina sighed, I could tell she was upset. This was just her way to cope, maybe I could help her find a healthier way...

"Katrina before you do that please let us.. cuddle.." I sigh

"You actually.. still love me..?" Katrina asks with a shocked expression

"This you, yes. Drugged up you, no.." I sigh

"Okay Carol..." Katrina smiled slightly as we start cuddling

"Katrina I can't do this.. I.. I'm sorry.." I apologize as I pull away

"B..but I thought you loved me..." Katrina sighed

"I'm sorry but I don't feel comfortable cuddling with the person who killed the one I loved most, Janet... It feels like I'm betraying her.." I admit with a sigh

"Hey Janet was mine before she was yours. When Roger said he killed her you were mine. When I found out Janet was alive I was torn between you and her so we all started dating eachother. You wouldn't have had Janet if it wasn't for me remember?" Katrina reminds me

"Yeah... but YOU left US Katrina" I remind her

"I didn't leave you Carol don't you remember when you would nuzzle up against me and I would hold you close to me? Or when I would carry you everywhere? Or when I wouldn't let you out of my sight due to my sworn duty to protect you?" Katrina asks

"Yeah I remember, but I loved Janet. I was all she had after YOU broke her heart into pieces that couldn't be put back together" I growl

"I didn't want to!" Katrina protests

"Of course you did why else would you do it? Why else would you leave your so-called "True Love"?!" I yell, angered that she would lie to me

"Because Roger threatened me!" Katrina yelled

I gasp, she was being threatened... a few moments later Katrina's eyes widen as she realize what she had just revealed to me, she starts repeatedly mumbling "shit he's going to kill me". I place a hand on her shoulder, she pulls away quickly

"Katrina calm down, I'll protect you" I smile

"Niet! I'm supposed to protect you not other way around!" Katrina exclaimed
