Chapter 23

** Katrina's P.O.V **

I couldn't sleep, I had spent the night thinking. I finally get up at 8:30 a.m.. Carol was waiting for me

"Good morning Katrina, did you sleep well?" Carol asks

"Niet... I didn't sleep.." I admit

"Why?" Carol asks

"I couldn't sleep.. I was up thinking.." I admit

"Thinking about what?" Carol asks

"Nothing important" I lie, I couldn't reveal to Carol what I was really thinking about

"Katrina you can tell me anything, if you're still in love with Janet I'll understand. All I want is the truth" Carol smiled

"Carol it was really nothing, don't worry about it" I quickly plaster a fake smile on my face as I grab a bottle of Vodka and sit down

"Okay Katrina" Carol smiled as she sat down next to me and nuzzles up against me

I pull away and look down, Carol was looking at me with a worried expression.

"What's wrong love?" Carol asks

"Nothing! Oh hey Zasha! Why do you look so upset?" I ask as Zasha enters the room

"Marie and I got in an argument again, I don't think she's going to stay with me" Zasha answers as she drinks some Vodka

"Damn Zasha that must be harsh, what were you arguing about?" I ask

"Marie loves someone else" Zasha answers

I suddenly got a plan formed in my mind, Zasha and Marie don't look to good.. which means that Zasha can get with Carol! They're both level minded, they're the perfect match.

"I'll be back later, Zasha keep Carol company will you?" I smirk

Zasha must have caught onto my plan, she smirked.

"Of course" Zasha smirks

I smirk as I head to the door, I then leave. I had to do something, it was on my mind all night...

I arrived at Roger's house, I had to check on Janet. I climb onto the roof, I see an open window. I climb in that window and I hear Roger and Evelyn talking

"Roger we should really get Janet to hospital, she's limping and she doesn't look like she's okay" Evelyn told Roger

"Shut up Evelyn,Janet is fine" Roger growled

I duck into the closet as Evelyn and Roger enter the room, I glance out to see Roger holding a metal bat, stained with blood.

"I have to find Janet.." I mumble to myself

"Roger I'm leaving, I don't want to be here anymore" Evelyn growled

"No you're not, you belong to me Evelyn" Roger growled as he grabbed Evelyn's arm

"Then take Janet to hospital! She was crying when she woke up, I think you hurt her badly" Evelyn yells

"Why are you so concerned anyway??" Roger asked

"Because I'm not like you! I actually care about people!" Evelyn yelled

I look at my surroundings, I find a mug. If I threw it at the right angle and hit the right spot I could knock Roger unconscious.

I decided to try it, I aimed for his neck. I threw the mug at him, it hit the right spot and he fell to the ground, unconscious

"Who's there?!" Evelyn asks
