** Carol's P.O.V **
"Janet..? Are you awake..?" I ask
Zasha had been gone 2 days, she hadn't came back... I was scared she was dead.. or she was still lookin for help...
We had eaten all of our food, and when I went back to the bush it was bare. Now even I was too weak to walk, I would give all the food I could find to Janet but even so it still wasn't enough...
"C..Carol.... w..were gonna die out here... aren't we...?" Janet asks nervously
"No... you're going to make it out of here alive..." I smile slightly
"W..what about you...?" Janet asks nervously
"You can eat me when I die" I smile as I wrap my arms around Janet tightly
"W..what..? Carol no..!" Janet exclaims as she burries her head into my chest
"It might be the only way for at least one of us to survive JanJan..." I sigh
"D..don't give up hope so easily..! Zasha may still come back for you..!" Janet exclaims
"Dont you mean for us?" I ask
"M..more for you.." Janet answers
"Well I wouldn't leave my loving partner behind" I smile
Janet nuzzles up against me and burries her head deeper into my chest, I smile as I kiss her forehead before wrapping my arms tightly around her waist and pulling her closer to my body. I had to keep her warm, fed, and most importantly, safe.
"We need to ride this out JanJan, we need to show unity" I answer
Janet didn't answer, that's when I realized she was unconscious again. I sigh, Zasha had to come before we became... nothing...
** Zasha's P.O.V **
"Huh..? Where am I..?" I mumble as I sit up
"Oh good you're awake, I thought you were dead" Kai answers
I suddenly remember where I am, I breathe a sigh of relief before I remember... Carol!
"How long was I out??" I ask
"2 days" Kai answers
"Oh shit! My friends!" I exclaim
"What you talking about?" Kai asks
"My friends!! They were left out there!! I have to go back for them!!" I exclaim as I get up
"Here, we'll take my car" Kai answers
"Okay..!" I answer
"I really hope Carter didn't get them..." I sigh
"Carter Jones?" Kai asks
"Da!" I answer
"I know that guy! We used to be friends!" Kai exclaims
"You should join our team" I laugh
"Carter actually asked me to fly a plane and jump out with a parashoot, allowing it to crash. Thats when I said "Hell no!" and cut contact" Kai answers
"Da you have to join our team" I laugh
"Definitely joining the team now" Kai smirks
"Great! But we live in Russia so...." I answer
"Eh Russia's not too bad, I knew a few Russians" Kai answers
"Kai you're fun to have around, Carol and Janet will love you" I smile
