I sit in a field in a long silk dress with my silk robe, my hair is put up with two strands on the side of my head , I look up seeing the mountain and homes, the cherry blossoms have bloomed, the air smelled so sweet, I close my eyes inhaling it all. I can't believe it's been a year since the tournament and the old woman has passed, I sigh looking up at the sky feeling nothing, I feel numb. I hear foot steps seeing my master. He sits next to me. " you seem troubled" I close my eyes and hold my hands in my lap " Im not troubled master just stuck " he chuckles " on what my dear " I watch the grass Move in the wind and hear the busy town below me " everything master, I've never felt so blank" he smiles Looking out on the town " you are young y/n "he stands " you are misunderstood , broken. Ohma told me what you said on the boat, let's the pass go helps " I look up " you haven't let go y/n, your in pain because you refuse to let go" I look at my life and nod " y/n, be patient with life and it will be patient with you " I hum at his words as he walks off. I ponder his words. Forgetting the passed means I have to heal, I'm not healing as fast as I would like. I groan and get up and walk towards my room, I look up to see minoru laying in the bed, i smile and then see his bandages, he groan in his sleep. " minoru love " he doesn't answer, I walk over softly touching his arm. " minoru my love " he turns groaning " yes " I see blood. " what did you do? look at you " he sits up, I pull him to the bathroom and get some supplies. " why do you do this stuff minoru come on " he only grunts " it's my job y/n " I roll my eyes and start applying alcohol to the cuts,he grabs my wrist glaring at me " if you can take a cut then you'll be perfectly fine with this. Let my wrist go " he look to the side letting my hand go. " thank you " I wipe, he flinches and lays his head on my chest, putting his arm around my waist as I redo his bandages. " see now that's better, come on " he follows me like a little puppy into the room, he lays down, he groans. I sit next to him holding his hand, I kiss his hand and move to his chest, I look up seeing him blush, I gasp " your blushing!! minoru blushes " he face goes a deeper red and he turns. " aww no no baby don't turn come here " I giggle pulling him lightly " my love turn " I giggle and he grips the pillow hiding his face. He never gets shy, I move in front of him " minoru " he looks up " y/n stoppppp " he hides his face, I giggle and kiss his neck and rub his shoulder " aww my sweet baby " I laugh.I sit on his chest and kiss him deeply.

That evening, we had to go to a party with the master. Me and minoru walk next to the mat steer, I start talking with people and the master goes to his vip side of the party and minoru kinda goes off. I didn't notice but Kanoh Agito was at the party, he start to taunting minoru, minoru walks away trying to avoid a fight at the party. Kaneohe does let up and follow him. " look at you, so weak your a lap dog for the master " minoru crushes the glass in his hand and shoves the glass pieces into Kanoh face, nobody notices until, Kanoh punches him in the face sending him back, I turn and see minoru face getting beat in,I see the blood and his stitches on his mouth are ripped and bloods running down his face,I run off shoving Kanoh off of him, " STOP GUYS " Kanoh laughs " now your going to let her protect you, pathetic " minoru gets up to charge him but I get in front of him and push hi, back. " minoru stop it's not worth it " by that time everyone is staring. I pull him off and we get into another room and he pulls his arm away from me. " seriously?! Your mad at me now " he turns pointing at me " I had it handled, I don't need you getting involved in my fights, just because you won the tournament means nothing. You still aren't on our levels of strength. SO STOP GETTING INVOLVED" I just freeze not knowing what to say,I look at him angry. " YOUR SO STUPID, IM TRYING TO SAVE YOUR LIFE AND YOU WANT TO GET MAD AT ME, NAH ITS FINE! GET KILLED" I stomp out slamming the door Going back to the party, completely ignoring minoru as he left before me to get his face fixed, I stayed with the master and drank and ate, I got home with the master and he looked at me, " thank you for tonight, you controlled the situation well " I bow " we represent your name master, our behavior reflects you. So I was embarrassed when it all went down " he chuckles " goodnight y/n " I wave him off and mentally groan at the fact I'll have to acknowledge minoru. Instead I just go to another room in my masters large home. I get in and take my heels off and groan as I sit at the edge of the bed. Dazed and exhausted I just unzip my dress and lay in my bra and underwear. I curl up feeling the cold empty bed, I thought of minoru as I lay there and I hear a click and don't move, I hear heavy foot steps and hear a grunt, I don't move fearing I might see who I don't want to see. I close my eyes and breath lightly. I feel large fingers move my hair behind my ear and kiss my cheek lightly " I'm sorry my love, I love you sleep well" he mumble and covers me better and leaves. My heart just melts, how do I stay mad when he does that stuff arghh. I get up and open my door and see minoru standing there, he looks up " I'm sorry did I wake you " he bows and I bite my lip and smile " no I was up, why are you standing at my door minoru " he looks around. I see his face and new stitches " since your not coming to bed with me, I want to watch over you for the nights, I wasn't sure if you wanted me to lay with you " he looks down " I'm sorry about tonight. I love you " I tilt my head and open my arms, he looks up and hugs me and I smile " let's go to our room " he smiles carrying me to the room. He lays me down and kisses me, i smile kiss him back. " I love you too " he takes his stuff off and I look at his chest with scars and trace them, I kiss some and he watches me and puts his large hand on my thighs. I tilt my head point at a scar. " when did you get this one " he looks down and chuckles " fought a guy and got stabbed maybe a year ago, I really don't know the actual dates just know which ones hurt the most " I kiss him lightly " aww love " he rest his hands on my hips. I giggle and lay on his chest and intertwine our hands. he close his eyes and breaths lightly. I move slowly over the stitch. " why do you do this stuff minoru " tears prick my eyes " I want you safe " he pulls me closer and kiss my head. " I know love I know, just rest please " I relax in his arms and sigh.
