“...MARSHAL?” Paul asked as he turned to Lanelle “A girl said MARSHAL”
“Hmm…that is true, still. Courtney, what do you…?” Lanelle paused as Courtney’s eyes were in a state of shock “Courtney…Hello…? HEY GIRL I’M CHATTING TO YOU!”
“Oh…” Courtney snapped out of her shock “You would not believe what I just saw”
“What?” Lanelle asked in a very-interested tone
“What’s up, what’s going on?” DeMarion asked, weighing in on the conversation
“Don’t leave us out, man” Shay spat as the whole group gathered around
“I think…I’m sure…I think I saw MARSHAL”
The whole group were stunned
“What are you talking about, seen MARSHAL?” Paul asked
“Court…you certain?” Wale asked
“Course I am!” Courtney replied “I don’t make up things, man. I saw some dodgy-looking snake…diamond coated snake thing in the hands of someone”
“OH MY WORD…Did you see who it was?” Dalmar asked
“Course I did? God didn’t bless me with good eyesight for nothing” Courtney replied
“What does God have to do with you having good eyesight?” DeMarion asked
“God has to do with everything” Lanelle cut in “Anyway, Courtney are you...”
“COME ON WE NEED TO HURRY AND GET TO THAT BUILDING UP THERE...NOW!” Courtney barked.
A small group of teenagers ambushed an electrics store
“Look at those crack heads” Shay shook her head
“Crack heads...or geniuses in disguise?” Paul smiled
“Oh shut up Paul, what the HELL are you going on about now?” DeMarion asked
“Excuse YOURSELF, ICE CREAM CONE...can you let me have some thinking space” Paul barked back “Now...there’s a blackout...we need flashlights to SEE...Maybe I’m the genius”
“I agree” Courtney began
“The fact that I’m a genius?” Paul smiled
“Yeah...yeah...urm...no” Courtney sarcastically smiled, as she turned to the group “I agree with the fact that those thugs broke into the store. We better grab those flashlights before it’s too late...” Courtney looked around “Where’s Paul?”
“Way ahead of you” Paul laughed as he was running in the direction of the store. The group then quickly followed.
The mob was getting violent. Lil was looking around in the store and she managed t0 locate a flashlight. As she grabbed it, another hand grabbed it.
“Yo...BACK OFF” The black lady barked
“I had it first” Lil declared, as she tightened her grip on the flashlight
“You better remove your claws off of my flashlight before you catch a bang to your face” The lady spat [BANG: Punch]
“Look...You know that...” Before Lil could finish her sentence, the lady slapped Lil extremely hard across the face, knocking Lil to the ground.
“Hey...” A voice growled. The lady turned around and was struck to the face with a fire extinguisher by Shay. Shay then helped Lil to her feet
“The cow slapped me mad hard” Lil replied as she rubbed her face
