"I'll be back in about 3 weeks or so" Wyatt said "Oh, please, stay longer. You won't be missed' Sydney scoffed "Sydney" Griffin sighed "What, it's true" Sydney said turning away. Wyatt was leaving for his hotel for his job and he was going to be staying in a hotel before he headed to the airport tomorrow morning, he was leaving for San Francisco, and for once Sydney was staying at home. She didn't want to stay home because she is always home, but her dad gave he no choice. Sydney wasn't home by herself, she was with Griffin so it wasn't the worst thing in the world. "So what do you wanna do?" Griffin asked "Ugh" Sydney scoffed rolling her eyes "What?" Griffin chuckled

Sydney stayed in her room for a bit and she really wanted nothing to do with Griffin, she could hear him on the phone but he was on there for like an hour. After about half an hour as she walked out she saw Griffin on the couch and he seemed frustrated about something. "You can't just drop that and say "Oh I have to go" Who does that?" Griffin fought, Sydney could hear another girl on the other end but she couldn't make out what she was saying "Okay, you know what, I'm done. You're ridiculous" Griffin said. Again Sydney heard a girl but she couldn't hear her but it didn't sound good "That's not my problem, it's yours" Griffin ended hanging up. Sydney stood there for a second before walking fully into the room "Are you okay?" She asked softly "Yeah, why wouldn't I be?" He scoffed "I heard you, on the phone" She said "Oh, you heard that. It's nothing, just drama" He sighed "But who was that" Sydney persisted "I said it was nothing, now drop it" Griffin snarled. Sydney was honestly surprised by that, she never thought of Griffin as the rude type, "O-Okay, I'll leave you alone " She said getting up from the couch and walking away.

Griffin sat in the living room thinking and he didn't really think about the fact that he just snarled at her. "Damn it. I saw her face when I said that, Why would I do that? And to all people her?" Griffin thought. He got up from the couch and went upstairs and stood just outside Sydney's door before knocking, "Hey, can i come in?" Griffin asked , there was no response so he just assumed it was a no. "Okay, then. Goodnight" He sighed walking away. As he walked away he was slightly surprised when he heard Sydney's voice "Griffin!" She sprang opening the door "Yeah" He replied "Are you okay?" She asked softly stepping outside her room. Griffin hesitated before replying, "Yeah, I'm okay. And I'm sorry I snapped, it was just a lot to deal with" Griffin replied "It's okay, I just wanted to make sure. I wouldn't have been able to sleep not knowing if you're okay" She said softly "I'm okay, I'm just tired of drama" Griffin said "Yeah, I hear ya, anyway. It's late, you should probably get some sleep" Sydney advised "Yeah" He chuckled "Goodnight" Sydney said "Goodnight" He replied softly before shutting her door.
