W-What was that for?" Griffin asked still shocked "You need to learn to shut up" Sydney chuckled "Yeah, I guess I do" He laughed. Sydney and Griffin started laughing about it for a bit, and they talked about what this could mean. But not only for them, for his job. "I mean, I know he said that but he has to respect your choices as you make them" Griffin said "Do you think he'll be mad?" Griffin asked "I'm sure if hr is, it'll fade eventually. But, I don't think he'll fire you.. I think he likes you" Sydney explained "Like me? Likes me working for him?" Griffin asked "Yeah, I think so. Also because.. your just a kid to him" Sydney said walking away "Hey, I am not a kid. I'm a year younger than you!" Griffin exclaimed "Hey, his words, not mine" Sydney chuckled. As Sydney and Griffin talked phone rang and he looked at the caller ID and it was Wyatt, he answered it right away but their conversation was different then usual:
Over Phone:
Griffin and Wyatt
Griffin: Hello sir
Wyatt: Griffin! Just the man I wanted to speak to, listen I need you to do me a favor
Griffin: Okay, and what is that Sir?
Wyatt: I'm landing earlier than usual, but I need to pick me up but don't tell Sydney
Griffin: Right away sir
Wyatt: I'll see you in 20 minutes
Griffin: Okay Sir, Bye
Griffin: *Hangs up*
"Hey, I have to run an errand I'll be back in like 20 minutes" Griffin said grabbing his coat "O-Okay" Sydney said. Griffin kissed Sydney's forehead and headed out. He drove to the airport where Wyatt was waiting for him and picked him up and headed back home. They did get stuck in traffic for about 10 minutes but it wasn't anything big. Griffin arrived home with Wyatt and Sydney had gone to the kitchen witch was on the other side of the living room. "Sydney! I'm Back!" Griffin yelled "I'm out here!" She yelled back "Come here, I have a surprise!" He yelled shutting the door "What surprise could you possible have.." Sydney paused seeing Wyatt "What's the surprise" She asked him "He is" Griffin replied gesturing to Wyatt "If you wanted to give me a surprise, the last thing I want as a surprise is him" Sydney said walking away"Sydney-" "Leave her" Wyatt cut off stopping Griffin "You know she doesn't like me"
