Chloe and Max stayed around almost the whole day before Chloe got a call from work and Max left after her, Sydney stayed beside Griffin the whole day like a lost puppy because she wanted to know what he was planning. "Come'on just tell me" Sydney whined "Sydney, stop. I'm not telling you" Griffin demanded "Please" Sydney begged "No." Griffin said sternly. Sydney scoffed and rolled her eyes before walking away like a toddler, Griffin chuckled and went back to what he was doing. Griffin was preparing Sydney's cake and he was just finishing up the decorations.
1 hour later
"Sydney! Come here!" Griffin yelled "COMING!" Sydney said running down the hall. Sydney walked out to an empty hallway and she saw a small light in the kitchen so she walked out and saw Griffin holding a cake and having gifts and flowers in front of him, Sydney was shocked an she almost started crying, Griffin walked over and stood in front of Sydney. "Happy Birthday, baby"Griffin said softly, Sydney blew out the candles and Griffin put the cake down and handed her the flowers. "Here" He said, Sydney took them and hugged him while Griffin chuckled "Thank you" Sydney whispered "Its my duty as your bodyguard boyfriend as Chloe says" Griffin said and Sydney laughed "She did not say that, she said you were my boyfriend no bodyguard boyfriend" Sydney denied "Sure, sure. You wren't here when she walked in, her exact words were "There is the bodyguard boyfriend my best friend likes" Griffin mocked.Sydney started laughing and Griffin was confused "Why is that so funny to you?" Griffin asked "It' not, it's the imitation that you did that I am laughing at" Sydney explained "Oh, okay. Meany" Griffin sighed "Hey, I'm not mean" Sydney fought "Yes you are" Griffin said
"So, birthday girl. What now?" Griffin asked "I chose everything, you choose now" Sydney said "But it's your birthday" Griffin pleaded "I know, but I want you to do something that you want to do and not just what I want to do" Sydney explained "I'll do whatever you wanna do if it makes you happy because if it makes you happy" Griffin reassured. Sydney hugged Griffin and Griffin picked her up because she was struggling to balance "You sure?" Sydney asked "Yes, I'm sure baby" Griffin confirmed "Well, okay" Sydney said burying her face in the crook of his neck
