Chapter 36: Erza vs. Bree

Erza runs through as the First Master gives her a coordinate and she stops. Standing face to face with Bree, the Poison Dragon Slayer.

Erza remembers the time while fighting with the Allied Forces that she got bitten by Cobra's snake, Cubellios. Sir Ichiya's pain parfum did not help at all until Wendy healed her with her Sky Dragon Slayer magic.

Erza's P.O.V

I wonder if Bree's attacks are much more fatal. I assume that this girl's attacks would perfect against my one of my 1000 new armors that I bought several months before leaving Magnolia to come to Crocus.

The one that I purchased at an armory. It goes by it's name. Poison Empress Armor. It seems that Bree, might be an easy opponent. Now that we'll be using the same magic, it's a fair fight. (Battle below)

Me: Requip! Heaven's Wheel!

Bree: Poison Dragon Roar!

Me: *dodges* Pentagram Sword!

Bree: *mind: This attack will remove all your magic power...Titania*

Me: Circle Sword!

Bree: *jumps* Poison Dragon Scales!

Me: Blumenblatt!

Bree: *screams* AHHHH!

Me: Requip! Flight Armor!

Bree: *mind: So fast. I can't keep up. It's like her speed just suddenly increased* Poison Dragon Crushing Fang!

Me: Sonic Sword!

Bree: Poison Dragon Acid Elbow!

Me: Requip!

Erza transforms into her newest armor to make Bree's attacks half as effective.

Bree: You chose to give yourself a fair fight? Why bother?

Me: Because it is a fair fight. So that I can win for my friends. We have fought so hard to get back to the top and we will do all we can to get there. We're not holding back.

Bree: I can be the one who will make Sabertooth remain on top. You fairies can stay on the bottom for all that Lucy cares.

Me: *grits teeth* Urusai!! Lucy doesn't belong to you Sabertooth!

Bree: Do you even understand what she has been through? I don't think so Titania. You fairies are the ones responsible for Lucy's leave and death (before she crashed it) so she can get revenge.

Me: But why? If she didn't die, then all of us would be begging for her forgiveness.

Bree: Which will never happen. Because she knows already that you will break your so-called promise. Knowing you.

Lucy: *telepathy: Bree, you don't have to explain everything to her. Because you don't know her true strength. Don't underestimate her.*

Bree: *telepathy: Why bother, Lucy? I can handle her.*

Lucy: *telepathy: No, don't even start your stupid and atrocious babbling about your strength. Now, run as far away from her while you still can. Find another opponent that's about your level.*

Bree: What happened to the Fairy Tail that Lucy knew? Because I know that every single day, you all sulk in regret and felt remorse.

Lucy: *telepathy: Bree! Do as I say right now or I'll teleport you somewhere else in Crocus!*

Me: Lucy...

Bree: *telepathy: Urusai Lucy, what happened to having faith in your comrades?*

Lucy: *telepathy: I've fought Erza once before and I know her strength all too well, I'd back down if I were you.*

Bree continued to protest and resist Lucy's orders. And I can hear her thoughts. I can tell that Bree would be looked down upon if she lost this fight.

Me: *gasps* Lucy knows what she's doing, so I suggest that you surrender to me.

Bree: No way in hell am I backing out of this fight now!

Lucy: *mind: She's definitely crossed the line this time* That's it! Teleportation Magic! Bree to Crocus Town Square!

Bree: Lucy!! How could you?! You traitor!

Lucy: I know what I'm doing. So shut your mouth and find a different opponent. Saisho, (First Master) should I fight her?

Itsuki: No, I need you to fight Salamander. Don't waste your energy on Titania.

Lucy: *nods* Understood, Saisho. I'm on my way...to you...Natsu.

Chapati: It seems that Fairy Tail gets the point for Sabertooth backing out of a battle.

Lucy: *mind: I'm coming for you Natsu...for my revenge. You deserve my pain. Once and for all.*
