Revenge of the Lost Legion
Prologue

Previously on Book 1, Whitney realizes that the Legendary Black Wizard, Zeref has discovered that Natsu is Raye and Ryuu's biological father.

At some point, Lucy never realized that until her 'death,' so they say. When she escaped death, or much rather, she "died" in front of both Raye and Ryuu. Now, here is the prologue to Book 2.

(Revenge of the Lost Legion)

Whitney, Yiska, Dawn, Ryuuki, Lyon, Gray, Erza, and Natsu with Happy all healed up by Keira, who eventually stirs and opened her eyes. She sits up and looks around her.

"Keira! You're awake. C'mon, let's get home. It's time for you to rest." Romeo carries his lover and comrade back to the guild.

"So Whitney, how did Lucy not see this coming?" Natsu asked, while they headed back to the client's mansion.

She smiled and thanked us. We smiled back and claimed our reward. "What the hell? What's happening?" A bright light appears from the book and the title rearranges it's words into this.

"......" She muttered but neither of us could make out the true title of the book was. "What does that even mean?"

"Miss, when I read the book in its original form, I couldn't believe what I had discovered. Your father wrote you this book as his way to show his love toward his beautiful daughter. This book, was his masterpiece."

Tears were brought upon the brown haired girl as she embraces it with your life. "Now that the spell has been broken you can read it for yourself."

"Arigatō, Ōto-chan...." Dawn and Erza had small tears in their eyes due to the touching moment.

On the way back, Lyon asked Whitney, "Whit, I have to tell you something. I think it's time for me to return to Lamia Scale, but I want to thank you for increasing my magic power." The Heavenly Body mage frowned. "Why would you quit the guild on me, Lyon? Why now?"

"It's for my own good. I know you love this guild, but Lamia Scale is where I truly belong, I need to return to the comrades I've been with who helped me change from when I went to Galuna Island."

"Does this mean, y-you're b-breaking up w-with m-me?" She stuttered. Lyon saddens his face and frowns.

"I'm so sorry, Whitney." She grits her teeth and storms up to him and slaps him across the face with a loud clap. "H-How could y-you?!"

Everyone turned to look at the two and Gray was shocked.

"Whitney..." He mumbled. Tears fell down her face the rest of the way.

Gray walks towards Whitney and wraps an arm around her shoulder. "It's okay Whitney, you deserve someone better than him. He's not worth it." She sniffles and wipes her tears.

"Really?" She replied. Gray nods and said in a whisper. "It seems that Night Flash, Yiska has had an eye for you for awhile. Why don't you give him a chance?"

She looked down. "I need to be single for awhile, and I need to just be alone." Gray nods. "Of course, I'm sure Yiska can wait. He'll wait around for awhile until you decide to date him."

Whitney blushed. "Ummm..." Then she stopped and fell silent the rest of the way home. Once they arrived back into town, she went straight home.

Suddenly, her stomach churned. "What's this feeling? Am I about to-" she rushes to the bathroom and pukes her guts out." She coughs a little and rinses her mouth out with cold water.

She spat the remaining bile out and down into the sink drain. A few weeks later, she takes a pregnancy test. It was....

Negative. Whitney sighed in deep relief. "Must have been food poisoning. Something I may have eaten possible made my body not feel so good."

But little did she know that she was wrong. One day, a miracle will change her life forever.

~30 days later~

Nina's P.O.V

Lately, the Lost Legion has been thinking about adding or recruiting some new members in. We're hesitant on the amount of new recruits we'd choose from but so far, we need some Celestial Wizards a kind of holding type wizard.

"We may need to grab some more Dragon Slayers. Adena, me, Ava, Jayden, and Tony need more variety in elements."

"We'll see...but I noticed Mira talking with someone and I never got the chance to find out who it was, but I want us, the Lost Legion to go on a two year search to add new recruits."

"Are you serious, Nina-chan?" Adena and the others were confused and curious as to why I wanted to have new recruits when we already have enough.

"In my opinion, I agree with Nina-chan, I think we should expand our magic compatibility and our team's horizons." Jayden, wrapped an arm around Asha's waist and nodded.

"Let's search for new recruits."
