What is Tartaros' plan to keep the light guilds from disbanding them?

Jackal's P.O.V

They think they can stop us? I don't know about that. I'm pretty sure they'll have to come up with a Plan B if this one fails. And I know it will. Even though 5 members of our Nine Demon Gates have fallen already.

Tempesta and I smirk evilly as the two fire dragon siblings step forward and let the others find their comrades. I would believe that the rest of those guilds will have trouble finding Silver or Kyoka.

"Fire Dragon Roar!" They chanted. Tempesta and I dodge nimbly.

No P.O.V

Nira and Natsu chanted their fire dragon spells together and sometimes, Nira decided to activate her Moon-Flame Dragon Mode and Natsu with his Lightning-Flame Dragon Mode.

"Magic Fusion! Unison Raid!" A magic circle surrounds them both and they chant a unison raid of Moon and Fire with Lightning.

"Lunar Lightning-Flame Dragon! Moon Firing Grip Strike!"

Jackal falls and exploded to bits as his other comrade, Tempesta was quickly enough to dodge it. "Did you really think that would be able to defeat me?"

Natsu and Nira froze with their eyes wide.

"B-Bu-But...how? How in the hell did you survive such a force?" Tempesta laughed.

"Haha! Don't make me laugh! Since you both were so focused on taking down Jackal, you totally ignored me."

"Of course. I would have been able to take you down if it wasn't for her." Natsu points at Nira and she slaps him.

"Itai! What was that for?"

"That was for pointing fingers at me." She replies.

"G-Gomen'ne." She smiled. "Thanks for that, little brother." He smiles his signature grin. She chuckles back.

"Let's do this!" He nodded.

"Hai!"

~30 minutes later~

Nira and Natsu took down Tempesta using too much magic that they collapsed. They hear their comrades' distant voices not far from where they fell.

"Only two members...of the...Nine Demon....Gates...are left." Nira says in between breaths.

"Yeah...that's good." Natsu replies.

"Mard Geer...you'd better have a solution for Tartaros to win." Tempesta mumbles.

Kyoka was currently with Mard saying that they must awaken Master E.N.D once again. He, refusing to do anything of the sort, punishes her using vines.

"I hope you learned a lesson." Mard says to Kyoka. She gulps nervously and says that she has learned her lesson.

"Instead of using Master E.N.D, we will use Alegria."

At the very mention of it, Kyoka widened her eyes. "But Mard-sama, guild soldiers are still out there fighting those wizards."
