Alex:

"I'm in looooveeee!"

"Whooooooooooo!"

"I'm a believer, I couldn't leave her if I tried!!" We sang on the way to our last day of summer school. I parked the car and we hopped out.

The clock ticked on. I watched it, my mouth slightly opened.

"Three, two, one," I counted, "WAAAAAHHHHOOOOOO!" I jumped up and with one swift movement shoved my books into my bag.

"Bye Mrs. Straughtburg!" I said excitedly leaving the room. I waited three whole minutes before Ari came out with the rest of the class.

"Come on!" I said, "Time to enjoy our last month of summer!" Mike rolled his eyes at me.

"You are so annoying," he said.

"So's your face," I said.

"Are you guys going to the concert tomorrow for my music class?" Ari asked.

"Yeah," Mike said, "I'm getting Edward and Ivory at Six right?"

"Right!" Ari said.

"So, what instrument are you playing for it?" I asked. Ari has the weird talent that she can play almost every single instrument.

"Cello and the switching to drums," she said.

"This is going to be interesting," I said.

"Oh, it will interesting all right," Ari said grinning. We left school without looking back.

"WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS, MY FRIENDS!!! WE'LL KEEEP ON FIGHTING TILL THE END!!!!!!!" We sang loudly. Then Mike came driving next to us.

"WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS!" He hollered.

"WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS!" We sang back.

"NO TIME FOR MIKEY, CUZ WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS!!!! OF THE WORRRRRRRRRRRLD!" I yelled. He glared and sped in front of us.

"looser," I mumbled under my breath. We made it to the orphanage and we ran off.

"Oh CHILDREN!" I cried.

"RUN!" Ari yelled. They all scattered.

"Okay, then," I said fake sighing, "I'll go to the beach, by myself." They all came running back.

"Okay," I said, "If you are ten or to twelve go to Addy! If you are thirteen for sixteen go to Ari! If you are ten to seven, go to Mike! If you are and six to come to me. Everyone else go to Mrs. Hanser.

"Alright follow your leader," I said. After getting the six year olds getting their bathing suits on. We met up again. We put floats on the ones below ten and we all piled into the monster cars waiting outside. I got into the driver and we went to the beach.

"Okay everyone," Ari said, "We don't go to the beach often but here we are. As you can see the only people who came with us are the big kids who we trust. What I mean by trust is that you guys won't go wandering around without any of us, or the older kids. And if want to, come tell us, okay? We don't want to loose any of you because you guys are dear to us? Got it?"

"Yes," they said.

"Great!" I said, "Have fun and be safe!" So, we spent Friday watching the children at the beach. I wasn't bad at all. We played beach volleyball and at 5:00 we headed back. We tried to head back. But trying to count all the heads was like counting the sand on the beach. They kept moving and we had to start over again.
