I'll fix the mistakes later.........Maybe ;D

Alex:

"We decided, that you guys are off punishment!" My mother said, trying to be enthusiastic.

"Yay!" Ari said, "So, can we go to back to California?" Her father sighed and rubbed his head, as if he had a headache.

"We've had this conversation before Ari," he sighed.

"Yes, ten times in the past two weeks," her mother pointed out.

"And during that time, Alex and I have been miserable," Ari said, "So, in order to make your children happy, they need to go back to California."

"You guys are not going back," her mother said sternly.

"I still don't understand that," I said throwing my hands up in the air, "you send us there on punishment, but you won't let us go for fun?"

"We thought, that Grandma would of been a little better at," my dad cleared his throat.

"More boring?" I said, "keep us inside all day, allow us to have no fun? That's what you wanted right?"

"No!" he said, "well, yes, but."

"You were there on punishment," my mother said, "You were supposed to learn something."

"But we did learn things," Ari said, "Grandpa taught us how to set up a tent. And how to make s'more soup." Ari's father let out an exaggerated sigh.

"But those aren't the kind of things you were supposed to learn," he said.

"Then what kind of things were we supposed to learn exactly?" Ari asked sassily.

"How to be proper young ladies," my mother said, "How to help the community."

"Hey!" I said, "Ari and I helped hundreds of orphans get homes, did you totally miss that? We taught them how to play Super Mario Bros and how to be fan girls and fan boys. You can't ignore that!"

"Yeah!" Ari said, "We went there like every day after summer school."

"And, and," I said, "we went shopping!"

"Wha?" My dad said confused.

"We went shopping!" I said.

"What Alex means," Ari said, "We used our own money to get clothes for some of the orphans. Our own, hard earned money."

"What were you jobs?" My mom asked.

"Nate and I sang at cafes," Ari said.

"And I sold pictures," I said, "Sometimes."

"We have to go back," Ari pleaded, "Pleeeeaaaaseeee!"

"We've already told you the answer to that, and we will not do it again," my father said sternly.

"You should respect our answers and go with it," Ari's dad said. Ari did her thing where her hands started to shake and she stayed so calm, it was seriously scary. Something terribly was about to happen. She calmly walked out of the room and outside. I let out a strained breath and started to follow her.

"Wait," my mom said, "Alexandra, we need to talk to you." A talk. With mother. And father. Oh the joy. We went into living room, with me and my parents only. I feel like I'm in a den full of lions. Where is Ari when I need her.

"Lovely, uh, weather," my dad said awkwardly.

"Are you serious?' I said, "You drag me in here to talk about the weather?" My mother rolled her eyes and smacked my dad over the head.
