Ivory:
"Today can we do the kitchen, when we were doing the garage, someone, ehem Mike ehem, kept throwing spiders in my hair," I complained to Mrs. Clare. Mike's eyes widened.
"I was not!" Mike said, "Alex kept trying to dumb dirty water on me." Alex just grinned.
"And I succeeded," Alex said. Mrs. Clare rolled her eyes.
"You guys are impossible. I'm splitting you guys up. Daniel Ivory, kitchen. Ari and Edward, basement. Alex and Joey, you're still in the garage. Nate, Addy can you get guest rooms? And grandpa, consider this your day off," she said, "Go on, hurry up! We need everything out in three days! Chop chop!" we all went to our places. Daniel and I started packing everything up again.
Daniel:
Yes! I got stuff with Ivory! That little poop head will pay! This is great, accept he has Ari and he gave me his wicked smile. But, I've few tricks up my sleeve. Not literally. Just some tricks that I've thought of......You know what never mind.
"So, Ivory," I said wrapping some bowls, "how's life."
"Good," Ivory said, "Well," she chuckled, "Unpredictable." Ivory was really likable. She's shy at first then she gets to know you and she's like a different person.
"how's your life?" she asked. I laughed.
"Fine thank you," I said.
"Are you going back to London?" She asked. London? Wait. Oh yeah. That's where I've lived for the past 8 years.
"Nope," I said, "I'm done with that place."
"But aren't you like the world's most famous smart person or something like that?" She asked.
"A prodigy?" I asked smirking slightly. 'Smart Person'.
"Yeah, that," Ivory said.
"Yeah, but I'm tired of being smart," I said. Because that makes lots of sense, "I just want to live life you know?"
"Nope, I don't," Ivory said, "but okay."
"So, what do you want to be when you grow up?" I asked. Ivory shrugged.
"I don't know, I'm thirteen," she said. When I was thirteen, I was about to start my first year of collage.
"You have to have an idea," I said.
"I love music," Ivory said, "so, something that has to do with that."
"Oh, you know, Ari is into music, you should talk to her about it," I said.
"Yeah," Ivory said, "I defiantly will. And when we get back I'm going to ask Lay-my mom if I can take ballet." Lay-My-Mom? Who's that? I just smiled and nodded. But seriously who's Lay-My-Mom?
Ari:
Life is great. Life is dandy. Hanging with my best bud Edward. Packing up everything in our house. Moving to California in less than a week. Yay!
"Ari," Edward said, "Are you sad that Noah left?" Sad? Yeah. Angry? Kind of. Totally confused and have no idea where this conversation is going? Yes.
"Um," I said, "Kind of. I mean, imagine if Ivory just all of sudden left, without telling you in the middle of the night. And the only thing she left behind was a note. And a stack of pancakes." Edward wrinkled his nose and heaved a sigh.
"Yeah, I see what you're saying," he said, "Do you think you're ever going to move on?" Where were all these questions coming from?
"I don't know, Ed," I said, "I mean, I'm pretty sure."
