Noah's POV (as usual please forgive me for any spelling grammar and word choice errors I really do try when editing and tysm for reading❤️)

"We're here baby" Pax said while pulling into a parking spot and I nodded getting out of the car

As we walk in there were a bunch of people going about there every day except one

"Hello boys I'm Police chief Peters"

"Paxton Ortiz" Pax said shaking Chief Peters' hand

"Noah Bennett" I said shaking his hand after Pax

"Alright boys I've been talking to mr Bennett and I can see that his allegations about Mr. DuPont are somewhat true considering you have bruises around your neck in the shape of hand prints. I'm going to need the two of you to make a statement and report if that's ok" he asked and we both nodded

"I'm going to have my detectives question you both separately if you would please come with me Noah and one of my detectives will show you to a questioning room Mr. Ortiz" Police Chief Peters said. I gave Pax one last hug and followed the police chief to a questioning room.

Once we entered I saw a woman sitting behind a desk with a nice pink blouse and black dress pants

"Hello I'm Grace Silver" she introduced herself

"Hi"

"I've got it from here thank you chief" she said and motioned for me to take a seat.

"Hello Noah. Before we get started I'm going to need a doctor to examine your neck" I nod and my dad came into the room with a doctor

"Since you are still a minor you must have a parent or guardian with you" the doctor examined my neck took some pictures if we were ever to press charges against Darren

"Can you please tell me what happened and don't feel like you have to leave anything out. Everything is important" she asked and I nodded

"About a year ago my mom kicked me out of the house and I went to live with my dad. Darren is my mother's husband he used to hit me and stuff. My mom never knew about it that I know of and she wouldn't believe me anyways if I had told her. My mom had been contacting me recently and wanted to see me so I agreed and asked my boyfriend to come with me because I didn't feel safe. My mom was so excited to have me over because she said she missed me and all but when she went to go get a scrapbook from an upstairs room Darren told me I had no right to be here and that he told me never to come back" she nodded

"What else happened" she asked

I then continued

"I mumbled under my breath that I should have ratted him out to the courts when I had the chance. I then called him a prick and told him to fuck off and thats when it happened. Soon after though my boyfriend who was in the car the whole time hear me scream and came running in and knocked Darren off of me." I told her and she nodded

"And may I ask what your boyfriends name is" I nodded

"Paxton Ortiz" she nodded

"Thank you Noah that will be all for now and if we have anymore questions we'll be in contact and I'm so sorry for what happened" she said shaking my hand and my dads hand before walking out of the door

Paxton's POV

"Good evening" a woman in a pink blouse and black dress pants said as she walked into the questioning room. My mom rubbed my shoulder and my dad sat there Listening to everything intently

"My name is Grace Silver it's a pleasure to meet you but it's sad to say under these circumstances. You must be Paxton Ortiz" she said and I nodded before she then continued

"I have previously spoke to Noah Bennett. May I ask what your relationship is with him"

"He's my boyfriend" she nodded

"Alright Paxton I know you know why we're here today" and I nodded

"Can you tell me what happened"

"I had gotten a face time from Noah telling me that his mom called and said she wanted to meet up with him. He then agreed but said he didn't feel safe enough or comfortable enough to go by himself and wanted me to go and I wouldn't want him in harms way so I went with him." She was jotting some things down on a piece of paper while our conversation was being recorded

"He said he wanted to go in by himself for a bit so I was waiting in the car. It wasn't long before I heard a faint scream and I could see into the window that he was being chocked so I ran in as fast as I could and threw Darren off of him. I don't know what happened leading up to that besides Noah wanted to go in by himself  just for a bit before I joined him inside" she nodded

"Thank you Paxton that was very helpful" she said and I nodded

"I think that is all. If we have any questions we'll be sure to contact you and have you come back down to the station. Thank you" she said and shook my hand before leaving the  questioning room as I let out a sigh.
