Deanna’s POV
Pagka sakay na pagka sakay pa lang ni Margarett sa car ko ay pinaharurot ko na to papuntang field kanina pa kasi nag hihintay ang mga barkada pero ito late na ako dahil kay Margarett.
“hoy hinay hinay lang ano may ari lang ng kalsada at ospital pag nabunggo tayo dito pupurohan talaga kita” here she goes again tsk
“for your information miss Galanza you’re riding in a sports car and you’ll expect me to drive slowly funeral car na lang sana ang ginamit natin kong ganon, and for the record what if we owned hospitals aangal ka pa?” sarcastic na sagot ko dito kaya napa tahimik na lang sya.
Pagkarating namin sa field I see amusement on the face of Margarett while watching motocross drag race. I’m a member of this organization who give charity to those people in need and I gain money by playing this kind of sport.
The area is divided into two, may oval na for smooth race and there’s a lawn for extreme motor race.
I get my big bike na, every member kasi has their own slot for parking it’s like a small room for putting our stuff and parking na din.
I call Margarett to prepare na rin cause I will let her experience how to ride a big bike.
“here. Wear this for protection, make sure to lock all the gears for safety ha.” I said and nilabas na ang big bike to see if it is good for running.
After putting my gears on binalikan ko si Margarett because she’s taking too long na sa loob and I will have a fight pa later sa extreme motor race.
“let’s go na” I told her but I see that she is struggling or more on she doesn’t know how to put the gears properly.
“tsk let me do it na nga, para lang yang nag lalagay ng knee pads and elbow pads sa game eh.” I said and put the gears on her body after a while pumunta na kami sa big bike ko and put my helmet on.
“put your helmet na, is this your first time?” tanong ko dito ng napansin kong nag aalangan sya
She just nod her head and pout kaya napangiti ako, cute haha.
I get the helmet that she’s holding and put it on her head
“trust me okay, di kita pababayaan kapit lang.” I look straight into her eyes and smile.
I tap the top of her helmet and ride to my bike “let’s go, you’ll enjoy this promise.”
She rides behind me and put her hands on my shoulder, I immediately get it and put it around my waist
“kapit ng mahigpit okay, enjoy the ride Margarett” I said and start driving
I started slowly but when there’s another group of drivers trying to show off I try to follow and race with them hahaha pasikat lang ganon katuwaan.
Ang dami ko nang natanggap na kurot at sigaw kay Margarett but I think she’s enjoying it naman cause she’s cheering me and telling me to go faster sometimes when someone tries to catch up with us.
After five rounds sa oval I decided to take a break because in a few minutes’ mag i-start na ang extreme race where we can get 250k if we won.
“hahaha that was nice, did you enjoy it ba?” I asked her while laughing
“the best, I didn’t know that race would be this fun akala ko sakit sa katawan lang makukuha ko dito eh hahahah”
I’m happy that she’s happy. I feel fulfillment in my heart.
“halika nga dito haha let me took off your gear pinag papawisan ka na oh” sabi ko sabay hila sa kanya palapit sa akin.
I can’t help but to stare in her eyes while tooking her helmet off, I love staring at her eyes.
