Irene's P.O.V 5 months
Today was the first day for my choice of replacement for Michelle. Also known as Juan Hernandez's first day. Ever since I saw how sassy he was I knew he'd for right in. And he does.
"Um Irene this lady wants me to do her nails but I'm in hair today" Juan says standing in my office doorway.
"Um you know what go on break I'll do it" I say while getting up from my chair and stretching. With having this office spreading I've been loaded with paperwork.
"Ok whose getting their nails done" I asked while looking at the group of ladies
"I am" one of the customers said " I'm use to you know a different race doing my nails" she whispers to me as I clean her nails
"Its ok, Im use to it " i say while getting the colors she pointed to

"Ok you're done" I say
"Omg its perfect, I mean I love it you known what thank you so much" she rants giving me a hug
"Haha you're welcome" I say returning the favor.
Ding
The doorbell chime goes on followed by females gossiping.
"Omg look at his butt"
"Um just one day in his bed is all I need"
"I had died and came back" is all I heard before looking up to see no other than Leo
"What are you doing here" I ask while cleaning up the station I used
"I can't bring my wife lunch" he says while holding up a take out bag
"Well after everything that is happening right now I didn't think that date confirmed were together" I say to him and leading him upstairs
"Go make us another baby" Julie one of the nail artist said while filing a nail
"They're crazy, the females I mean" Leo says while biting into his burger
"I know that's why I told you to never come to my job" I say while taking a french fry
"Ok but you coming to mine is ok" he questions
"You, you work with straight females, and after Michelle who doesn't even work at your office had an affair with you I can go anytime I please. I work with females and as far as I know the men here are gay ( no offense she only has 2 guys working Juan and Micheal an eyebrow guy)
"True" I miss days like this. Michelle was seven months pregnant and her baby shower for her baby boy was in a week.
"So what are you getting Michelle for her baby shower" I asked Leo
"Don't I don't want to talk about her" he gets upset every time someone says her name around him. Ever since she tried to kill me. Like sleeping with her and losing me wasn't enough
"No I want to know" I said drinking my soda
"Ok," sigh " and I don't know maybe a stroller or a bib"
"Really" I laugh. "Look I have papers to do and you got to go"
