You've been the best of friends with the marshmallow sans for years. Ever since you met him you always felt happier around him. At first, you thought that that's just how friends work but as you grew up you felt as though you had become more than just friends. His fighting skills were impressive even though he'd rather resolve issues through peaceful words. He was also so adorable with his squishy face.

Today was the day you were going to confess to him.

"Oh hey Y/N! What'd you call me for."

"Hey I was wondering if you were willing to come over for dinner tonight?"

"Sure! I'd love to. 6 ok?"

"yeah I don't have anything to do anyway," You hung up the phone and checked the time. 3:50, you have about 2 hours to find something to make, then you need to clean the house, start dinner, and change clothes while it's in the oven or boiling. You looked in my cooking book and found a recipe for Salisbury steak. You took a couple screen shots of the recipe then closed my phone tabs and turned it off. You got off the muted (F/C) couch and started to pick up any trash off of your floor. You grabbed the broom from my kitchen and started sweeping

(1st person Y/N POV)

5:57 he should be here anytime now. I was wearing a white dress (if your a guy it's a dress shirt with black slacks if you're other just choose) with (second F/C) flowers on it. At that moment I heard a portal opening outside the door then a knock. I opened the door to see blue with a bright smile on his face. He was wearing his usual attire but without the shoulder pads. "So, what are we having?"

"Salisbury steak."

"Oo sweet!" We walked to the dinning room but I went into the kitchen to set out the plates. We both started eating. making small talk in between bites.

"So how is it?"

"This is great Y/N!"

"T-thanks took me a while." I could feel a blush creep on my face, "So I've been wanting to tell you something for a while now?"

"Yeah what is it."

"I-" I couldn't stop stuttering. It was so hard to form the words in the right way. I just decided to blurt it out and get it over with, "I LIKE YOU." He chuckled. Was he going to reject me.

"I like you too." He got up out of his chair and walked over to you then hugged you softly. You wanted to stay in the hug forever
