the three walked towards the front as geto explained it, "what they worship is a pure master tengen. a star plasma vessel would soil that purity according to them."

"we don't need to worry about them though," mayumi hummed, "the time vessel association are non-curse users."

"anyway it should all be fine," gojo finished his drink, "we three are the strongest. that's why master tengen asked us after- what?"

he could see geto's slacked jaw, "it's just... satoru, i've been meaning to tell you that you should be more mindful of the way you talk."

"what-!?"

"suguru has a valid point. ever since we were kids, you were surprisingly improper."

"whose side are you on?"

"particularly around your seniors," geto ignored their mini quarrel, "we might be meeting master tengen after all. to put it simply, you're way too rude."

gojo crushed the can as mayumi sadly added on, "this is why you can't have the same girl for long."

"don't talk about stuff you don't know anything about," he scoffed.

mayumi stopped in her steps, "know nothing about? two weeks ago you were making out with some girl at the mall. three days later, i saw you on a date with a completely different girl."

geto watched as playful banter turned serious, sweatdropping at how fast the two had changed the mood. he stepped in between them and placed his hands on their backs.

"you two argue later, we have a mission to take care of."

after coming to the conclusion of calling the mission off if the vessel refused the merger, even if it resulted in a fight against master tengen, they arrived at their destination.
