As Katya made her way through the airport she felt a wave of nerves hit her. She hadn't expected things to move so quickly, but Robert had pushed for their wedding to be as soon as possible. So here she was in L.A., ready to marry a man whom she had only talked to online for a little more than a month.
A man she wasn't even sure she liked, let alone loved.
A man who knew nothing about her career as a camgirl and only knew her as a school teacher.
A man who was nothing compared to the doll-like woman who haunted her mind at every waking moment.
She shouldn't have Trixie on her mind, and yet she did. The beautiful blonde filled her dreams and fantasies, and for every private they'd had it had gotten harder to say goodnight. And then came the day they had to say goodbye.
Katya still remembered the doll's disappointed look when she told her that she was quitting. She remembered the pained expression during their last conversation and the weak voice that whispered goodbye before she left the call and closed her account.
It wasn't supposed to hurt, but it did.
Trixie was just supposed to be another client, but somehow Katya had lost her heart to the brown-eyed beauty.
And yet she was on her way to marry someone else. She hadn't told Trixie about that part, didn't know how to bring it up. Not that it mattered, she'd never see the doll again anyways. But somehow she felt guilty for not telling her.
Ridiculous really...
Trixie would surely have moved on and forgotten all about her already. The honey-eyed girl was gorgeous, young, and successful, there was no way she'd be pining over a Russian camgirl. Even though Katya secretly wished that she did, even if only to feel as if her own longing heart was justified in it's heartache.
"Katya!" She heard a voice call out from the crowd of people waiting for their loved ones.
A man stepped out from the others, a bouquet of roses in his hands. He looked just like his picture, dark hair, green eyes, slight stubble on his chin. He was no Greek God, no male model... no blonde bombshell... but he looked kind enough there he stood smiling at his bought bride.
"Robert, it's so nice to finally meet you." She said politely, slapping on a smile and expertly concealing her aching heart.
"You too, and I've gotta say you're even more stunning in person." He said before pulling her close and kissing her.
She suddenly felt uncomfortable, as if she was trapped in his grip. Her lips were moving out of obedience rather than want, but she still forced herself to accept his advances and traveling hands. Even tho her skin burned where his hand sat on her lower back, she didn't push him away, knowing that she needed to keep him interested to get what she wanted.
Eventually he pulled away and she breathed a sigh of relief, her smile returning once he handed her the flowers.
"These are for you."
"Thank you, they're beautiful." She replied taking the bouquet and inhaling the sweet scent.
Their conversation felt more like that of colleagues than one of a couple preparing to get married. All forced smiles and polite small-talk, no endless laughter and sexual tension, even though she was quite certain that he would like to fuck her judging by the way his traveling eyes were already undressing her.
"Oh, I nearly forgot." Robert said, reaching for something in his pocket. "Gotta make it official." He added, holding up a diamond ring.
It was beautiful, no doubt about it.
Flashy, but beautiful.A large round diamond in the center, with a circle of tiny ones surrounding it, and then middle sized stones on it's white gold band.
She should be excited to put it on her finger, most women would.
So why did her body tense up as he slid it on?"Thank you, it's exquisite." She replied, placing a kiss on his cheek to hide the fear she was certain her eyes were revealing.
"It is, isn't it?" He said smugly. "Well, are you ready to go?"
"Yeah, I'm ready." She said, her hand clutching the handle of her suitcase, knowing very well that she was anything but.
