This chapter will probably be extremely sucky. Just warning you guys.

It would be impossible to explain the moments that followed if without making myself look like the idiot I am.

I just stood there, staring at him as the weight of everything that I had done crushed down on my shoulders.

One second he was there, clear as day, and the next he was gone, taken with the darkness that enveloped me.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I'd had enough experience over the past months to know what to expect when I passed out. But, boy, was I wrong about it this time.
Pain shot through my body as I tried to lift my head, reaching all the way down to the tips of my toes. A hand shoved me back down instantly.
"Don't move. You'll hurt yourself even more shank," I smiled inwardly, of course Alby would send Minho to keep me in check.
"You're the shank," I retorted, but all that came out was a muffled groan.
How long had I been out for?
My sight was slowly starting to come back, first light that was shining through a window and then the window itself.
It was too long a process for my mind. I wanted to be able to see where I was, to figure out what had happened.
There was a sharp prick behind my right ear, followed by a wave a of pain.
"How long did they pass out after her?" A voice very different from Minho's came from behind me.
"Seconds," it was another voice, both of them strange to me.
Someone stepped closer to me. I could see him, but his face was bright, as if someone had painted everything white.
There was another prick and then, as if someone had flipped a switch, everything became clear. Minho was leaning over me, completely oblivious to the change in my sight, and I inwardly smirked, thinking of the ways that I could scare him.
Before I could act on any of my ideas, a groan came from someone beside me. Minho's face went from seriously sassy to worried out of his mind. The people that were surrounding me rushed away to a nearby cot in the Med-jacks hut.
I was alone, and I took that second of freedom to do exactly what Minho had told me not to do. Sit up and move.
Pushing myself up, I took in my surroundings. Dividers had been placed in between the cots, providing privacy. But, the dividers also made it impossible for me to see anywhere but straight forward.
Those who had been surrounding me were somewhere close by, their hushed voices could be heard clearly.
With shaky legs, I dragged myself off of the cot to find out what was happening. I gripped the edge of the bed and took a single step.
My leg gave out almost instantly and, if I hadn't had a hold on the bed, I would've fallen. My spying would've been over.
Well, if walking's not going to work....
I let go of the bed and dropped silently the rest of the way to my hands and knees. Gravel and rocks brought in by visitors dug into my kneecaps, dirt scraped my hand.
The dividers weren't very long, just barely long enough to cover the cot. It made my job of crawling much faster.
Two people were talking in hushed tones nearby, "we can't keep them separate for too much longer, they'll start asking questions."
"They'll just have to deal with it, but, right now, we have bigger problems to deal with. The doors haven't reopened! How are we supposed to get out now?"
The second voice belonged to Alby. I smirked to myself, thankful that I wasn't the one arguing with his authority.
But, something that the first person had said made the smirk fall off my face quicker than it had appeared.
Who else was here? And why did we need to be separated?
My question was answered seconds later when I came into view of another cot, identical to the one that I had been laying on. The person on top of it made my heart skip a beat.
My legs went numb and I lost all feeling, but I forced myself to my feet.
But, the view from my feet was even worse, two more Gladers were slumped on other cots.
"What's happened?" I stared at the three of them, too numb to know what I had done.
Teresa, Thomas, and Newt.
