The second I yell out, Gally launches himself on top of me. His hands wrap around my neck, squeezing tighter and tighter by the second. Everything starts to go blurry. The details of his face mixing into one big blob of tan skin. I'm in a dark tunnel that keeps getting longer and longer.

Right before everything goes completely black, a flash of color flies across my vision. The pressure on my neck releases and air bursts into my lungs.

"Y/n!" Someone yells, their voice echoing through the deep tunnel that threatens to engulf me. "Y/n! Please, stay with us!"

Strong arms wrap around me and I am off the ground, flying. Rising higher and higher, until, suddenly, I am brought crashing to the ground. Waves of pain come as soon as I hit the ground, pulling me under and forcing me to stay down.

~~~~~~~~~~~~
"we don't know how much longer it will be until she wakes up, or if. You're just going to have to wait it out for a while," a voice belonging to an unknown echoes through my head, bouncing back and forth until the volume is insanely loud.
"Don't talk," I whisper. My voice comes out as a cracked, dry whisp. "It hurts."
Steadily growing louder, a shuffling starts until it is right next to me. The noise echoing through my head all the while.
"Y/n," the voice whispers. "you okay?"
No. I've just been knocked out by a psychopath that wanted to kill me for doing something that I don't even remember doing. I might not have even done anything. I'm not okay.
I shake my head the most I can without pain enveloping me again, possibly not even moving enough to be noticed. Pain lances up my neck at slight movement.
A hand rests on my shoulder, "get some sleep."
I can feel the corners of my mouth pulling up into a smirk. The last thing I want right now is to sleep.
But, before I can protest, something in my brain pulls me back to sleep that is filled with blurry dreams.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I'm standing in a room, it's too blurry to figure out how big the room is. A girl is standing with me, both of us staring at a screen with moving images on it. Neither of us daring to say anything.

"You know what you have to do. All of this is for a good cause, to save the human race," the voice echoes throughout the room, making it impossible for the origin of it to be found. The voice stirs up something in my mind, making me want to hurt someone or break the screen in front of me.

"Y/n," the girl beside me turns and faces me. "we have to do this. We have to let them go."

Her face is too blurry for me to recognize it, but her voice is vaguely familiar, like I knew her.

I can feel myself unconsciously nod, agreeing to whatever I'm supposed to do.

"I'll see you in a month, you know how it's going to work. You won't remember me, but something will make me seem familiar to you. Stay strong," she turns and walks away without another word.

Arms grab me from behind and pull me away from the screen.

The dream ends abruptly. Dragging me back into reality and back into the pain.
