Ranboo opened his eyes to a very bright yet cool flower field.
He was leaning back on the single tree in the flower field. He lifted his arms and saw a very fancy outfit. An outfit that seems to belong to a prince.
He looked around and just saw the never ending field of flowers. He stood up to get a better view but nothing changed. He can still see flowers from where he stood.
He decided to walk around and try to see if he can get somewhere. He walked for a few minutes. He used the tree as a mark to see how far he has gone but whenever he would look back then forward again, the tree is right infront of him. He sighed and just walked without looking back.
This has happened to Ranboo a few times now. He keeps waking up in these random places that he has never seen before. Sometimes, in a random house, in a random room, in a random forest, and many more places he has never gone to.
He would try to walk to somewhere in each place he wakes up to but he always finds himself in the same place again.
He has always been alone in these places. The only company he has in these dream spaces are the plants. He knows that this is just a dream that he will eventually wake up to the real world.
One time, he woke up to a house fully decorated with flowers. Wallpaper, potted flowers, flowers outside the window, everywhere. He likes flowers but not that much.
After a few hours of being in the never ending flower field, he heard his mother's voice. He turned around then he woke back up in the real world.
"We are here." said Ranmom.
Ranboo blinked and looked out the window. They are there alright.
"How long have I been asleep?" Ranboo asked, rubbing his eyes then stretched.
"About 6 or 7 hours." She replied.
"I thought the drive was 7 hours?" He asked again.
"There was a bit of traffic." Ranmom shrugged and Ranboo nodded.
Ranboo put back his mask on and grabbed his bag then got off the car. He put his backpack over his shoulder and stared at his grandparents' house.
"Well, I guess this is where Ill stay.." Ranboo muttered to himself. "For two weeks.."
His grandparents then came out their front door and greeted Ranboo and his parents. His parents walked up to them on their porch and hugged. Ranboo followed behind.
"Hello! How are you?" Grandmaboo greeted Ranmom with a bright smile.
"Im doing great mama." Ranmom greeted. "Oh! Here is your grandson Ranboo!"
"Oh, of course!" Grandmaboo greeted, turning to Ranboo. "How could I forget!"
Grandmaboo then walked up to Ranboo and hugged him while he awkwardly smiled and hugged back.
"Well theres my boy!" Grandpaboo greeted, walking up to him as well.
"Hello." Ranboo greeted as he let go off Grandmaboo then hugged his grandfather.
"How are you?" He asked Ranboo.
"Im doing great." Ranboo replied, letting go of the hug then placed his hands in his pocket.
"Well, go ahead and put in your things inside." said Grandmaboo. "Go, go ahead!"
While his grandparents and parents caught up with each other and brought some of Ranboo's things inside, he stayed behind them to not interfere.
While he waited until everyone else came through the front door, he decided to look at his surroundings. There, he saw the only house next to his grandparents' and there was a girl staring at him.
When he met her gaze, she looked away and stepped down her porch to her the flowers that are planted in front of her house.
"I thought there wasnt anyone else here." He muttered.
His mother heard him and turned to him. "What did you say Ranboo?"
"Nothing." Ranboo shook his head.
Ranboo looked back then entered the house while the girl followed him with her gaze. She sighed as she got over it then continued gardening.
When Ranboo and his parents arrived in their car, the girl was supposed to get out of her house to her flowers to take care of them. She has never seen that much people around so she got scared and surprised by their sudden visit.
She stayed in her house, peeking by her front door as Ranboo and his family greeted each other. She slowly stepped out as they started entering the house, keeping an eye on the last person to go in. The last person was Ranboo.
She didnt expect Ranboo to turn to her direction so she panicked and just ran to her flowers and acted as if she was doing something to them, while still keeping eye on Ranboo until he enters the house.
Ranboo closed the front door and sat on their couch. His grandparents then started working around the house to entertain them.
"Do any of you want food?" Grandmaboo asked. "I bet all of you are hungry."
"Im hungry." said Randad then walked over to the dining table where Grandmaboo was serving food.
"Me too!" Ranmom added. She turned to Ranboo then asked, "How about you?"
"Uh, yeah." Ranboo nodded then stood up walking over to the dining table.
Ranboo sat down and took off his mask. His family followed him and sat down at the dining table right after and they started eating the food that his grandparents served which was roasted chicken and some side dishes, salad and fruits, you know the typical food of a family in a remote place, all natural.
Ranboo ate in silence while his family talked. He only joined in conversations if he is asked to join. His parents did explain that he is pretty upset about this trip but he will eventually get used to it in a few days.
After they finished, Ranmom volunteered to wash the dishes, Grandpaboo and Randad decided to talk about sports, news and such in the living room, while Grandmaboo and Ranboo brought up his stuff to the room where he will stay. He didnt have that much stuff so, it wasnt much of a big deal for Grandmaboo to help him.
After they finished bringing up his things, Grandmaboo decided to leave Ranboo in the room for now and help Ranmom with the dishes.
The room had a bed, a desk, and some books in a bookshelf in one corner, and a dresser. There were also four windows in the room, two of those windows have the perfect view of the perfectly symmetrical house next to theirs.
His bed was next to the first window while his desk was at the feet of the bed, in the corner, in front of the second and third window. The dresser is in the opposite wall of the bed, the bookshelves is next to the dresser, the door next to it.
Ranboo has a perfect view of the girl's room. If Ranboo were to sit on his bed, he can see the girl work on something on her desk as it is next to the window, facing the wall. Next to her desk is her bed, and the wall opposite of the windows are filled with old looking paintings. Her dresser was at the opposite wall from where the bed is.
The girl was at her desk, writing down something when she looked to her left and saw Ranboo staring at her. She got startled then closed her blinds and after a few seconds, she closed the blinds of her second window.
Ranboo stared back at the now closed windows, confused. He sat on the floor and started unpacking his things to put in the dresser.
