Chapter 5

Paglabas ko ng kwarto nakaupo na sya sa couch. But he looked serious. Like he just fought with someone. I just went to my kitchen to get a drink. Bumalik ako ng kwarto at kinuha yung wallet, cellphone at ipad ko.

"Napano ka?" I asked when we were walking to the elevator. We were holding each others hand. Nagdala lang ako ng tote bag kasi dala nya rin yung ipad nya.

"Nothing." He murmured then kissed me again.

Bago kami makapasok sa condo ni Dom ay binitawan ko yung kamay nya. He looked at me annoyed, but he didn't argue. Sakto din namang dumating yung delivery ng dinner namin. Gerard paid for the food, pinigilan ko pa sya pero tinignan lang naman nya ako.

"Bal, your ex is in the lobby." Dom said after he answered the telephone.

"So?" I said in monotone.

"The lobby assistant said you dropped the call when you answered." He said. I looked at Gerard who's beside me. I never received a call. He just shrugged.

"Will you go down?" Chloe asked. I shook my head. Bakit ko naman sya kakausapin pa.

Few minutes later dumating sila Justine at Trixie. May dala din silang takeouts. Ang dami tuloy pagkain. Umupo sila sa harapan ko.

"Louisse, your ex is in the lobby." Justine said. I just looked at him.

"Do I look like I care?" I muttered.

"Sabi nung babae sa lobby kaninang lunch pa daw yun nandito." Trixie said casually.

"So?" I murmured. Gerard intertwined our fingers when I rested my right hand on my legs. Tinignan ko sya pero seryoso lang naman syang kumakain. I tried to remove it but he just hold it tighter. Kumakain tuloy ako ng baked mac gamit yung left hand ko.

"Lou, just go down. Tumawag na naman yung sa lobby." Dom said. I just sighed.

"Ayokong bumaba. Kahit maging semento sya dun, I don't care and I no longer care." Inis na sabi ko.

"Let's end this madness, paakyatin ko sya dito. Show him na may boyfriend ka na." He said.

"Fine." I murmured. After few minutes nasa condo na si Yves. Pinaupo sya ni Dom sa harap ko. Katabi ko pa rin si Gerard. He's squeezing my hand tenderly. Nakatayo yung mga barkada ko sa gilid ko.

"Love, please let's talk, yung tayo lang." Yves begged. Gerard clenched his jaw.

"We have nothing to talk about. We broke up, remember? You broke us up." I said.

"Can't you give me another chance, please." He pleaded.

"I believe my girlfriend already said you have nothing to talk about. Can't you even understand, I know that you're not that smart but it's not she's giving you an algebraic question." Gerard interrupted. He's so serious. I have never seen him this serious.

"Stop playing, Louisse. I know you're not together." Yves said.

"No, he's my boyfriend. Can't you see the difference between the two of you? Thank you for cheating, you made me realized things." I uttered.

"I don't believe you." He argued.

"Make me proud." Gerard whispered inaudibly. I looked at him but he just closed our gaps and kissed me passionately. We kissed for minutes. I even moaned softly but it was trapped in his mouth.
