They say when you're happy, things passed like seconds. Being with him is a bliss. Everything is light, or we chose to choose each other, we believed in each other and we got each other's back. He's my comfort, my rest, my home and now my person.

"Lou, hindi ba sasali si Ge sa team na binubuo ng dept. for inter-med basketball playoffs?" Chloe asked. Kami lang naiwan sa auditorium dahil bumili ng snacks yung apat.

"He's not saying anything, why? Are they scouting him?" I asked curiously.

"I don't know, Dom just told me." She replied.

"How's the review for quiz bee?" She asked again.

"Okay lang. If Ge will play, will he able to join the quiz bee? Hindi ba conflict?" Seryosong tanong ko. Kasi kami nila Dom at Gerard ang representative ng second year.

"I'm not sure, either." She uttered.

The whole lecture I'm thinking of what Chloe said. Gerard loves playing basketball, I saw how genuinely delighted he every time he'll watch NBA games. And I know why he's not joining the team, it's because if he drop the quiz bee, Lance will replace him. And up to this day, he's jealous of him. He said he trust me, but he can't trust the guys talking to me.

"What are you thinking?" He asked lowly when we were reviewing at Dom's unit.

"Is there something you're not telling me?" I asked, instead.

His brows furrowed. "I won't join, if that's what we're talking here."

"But you love playing, why not? This is just a quiz bee, we did it together multiple times in pre-med. But you haven't played in a while." I argued. He looked at me conflicted.

He sighed loudly. "If I join, there's a chance they'll drop me off from our team. And this is the first time we're competing that we are already together. This is a milestone."

"I'll ask Doc Vergara if you can be part of the team and can still be part of the basketball team." I said.

"If ever they'll agree, our review time will be shortened." He stated. I raised my brow.

"Don't you trust your girlfriend's brain enough? C'mon baby, I got you. We'll win. I'll make us win." I said proudly. His side lips angled into amusement.

"Of course I trust you and your fucking brain. I even trust you with my life." He said smiling. I kissed him quickly.

"Uh, get a room." Dom commented. We just laughed.

"Will you watch me play?" He asked with his lips still angled into a smile.

"I will. Do you want me to bring a cheering squad for you. I can hire if you insist." I said smiling.

"Oh My God. Just knock on my room when you're done flirting." Dom commented then left us.

"Just cheer for me." He uttered.

"Of course. I'll bring a pom poms. Should I wear what cheerleader's wear?" I teased. He laughed heavenly.

"God! I must have save this country in my past life that I'm blessed with you. I fucking love you." He muttered. I just winked on him.

"Right?!" I laughed. We just called Dom after few minutes because we madeout.

For a week he divided his time from studying for quizzes, studying for the quiz bee with me and practicing for basketball. He can fucking multitask.
