Patch's POV
Today Sarah and TJ got married! This has been an amazing day for them! They look like the happiest couple in the world! I just wish it was Kylie and I. Right now we're on our way to the church to set up for the reception. TJ, Sarah, Kadlynn, Sydney, Josh, and Kylie are going to be there to set up. I arrive at the church the same time as Kylie and Josh. This is awkward. We go inside and start setting up. We're all in the gym setting up tables and chairs.
"Hey Kylie, your parents just got here with the cake and food. I'm going to help them bring it in. I'll be right back." Josh says then runs out the door. She watches him as he runs out, then goes back to unfolding a chair. I pick up a couple of chairs to put at a table that's on the other side of her. I see her pull out her phone right before I pass her. When I pass I accidentally bump her arm and she drops her phone.
"Oh, Kylie I'm so sorry!" I hurry and put the chairs down and pick up her phone. As I pick it up I notice the case had slightly poped off at the bottom. I'm about to pop it back together when something falls out. Its a picture of me! I take off the case and see the inside. Its the case I gave her right before I left on my mission! The inside has my autograph and right under it is written, "No matter where we are, we'll always be under the same moon! I love you, Kylie, more than anything in this world!" I can't believe she still has this!
"Give me that!" Kylie yells and snatches it out of my hand.
"Kylie wait!" I yell as she runs out of the room! Great. I can feel a tear run down my cheek. Why does she still have that? I thought she was in love with Josh. Does she still love me? Well after what just happend she must hate me. Just then I hear Tanner walk in. I sit on a table and run my fingers through my hair.
"Hey Patch, are you alright?" Tanner asks walking up to me.
"Yeah I'm fine." I lie.
"Dude, I have lived with you. I know when something is bothering you. What's up?"
"Its Kylie."
"Yeah, I kind of figured you would be pretty up set by that."
"But right now I'm more confused than up set."
"How's that?"
"Well right before I left on my mission, I gave her a phone case. On the inside I wrote... some stuff in it. Just a few minutes ago I was moving some chairs. As I was passing her, I accidentally bumped her. Well she was on her phone when this happend, and so the phone fell out of her hand. I pick it up for her, but the case had poped off."
"Ok, let me guess, it was the same case."
"Yes, but let me finish. I was going to put the case back on when something falls out. You'll never guess what it was."
"What?"
"It was a picture of me!"
"Wait she had a picture of you in her phone case?"
"Yeah! That's when I realized that that was the case I gave her."
"Uhhh..." Tanner says after he turns around.
"What?" I stand up and turn around to see what he's looking at, and there stands Josh. He looks shocked. He must have been listening to what I've been saying!
"Where's Kylie?" He asks.
"I saw her run out of that door right before I came in here." Tanner answers, then Josh runs out of the room.
"Now what am I going to do? She's mad at me, now he's going to be mad at her!" I say.
"Dude, calm down. We can work this out!"
