Kadlynns POV
*Saturday*
I walk into my room to grab my shose, so I can go on a run when I hear my phone ring. "Hey Kyle" I answer. Kyle is my nickname for Kylie, and she calls me Kadie.
"Hey Kadie, I was wondering if you wanted to come over to help me get ready for a date?" She says.
"Ummm.... I thought you were waiting for Patch."
"Yeah, I am, but he told me he didn't want me spending my whole time wishing he was here, and to go on some dates."
"Did he really say that?"
"Yes! If you come over I can show you the email."
"I'm just a little surprised he would say that."
"Yeah I was too. Anyway, you coming, or not?"
"Yeah, I come. What time do you want me to be at your house?"
"As soon as you can, I really want to look good."
"Ok I'll be there in 20. Bye!" I say then hang up the phone. This is worrying me. She really wants to look good? I should probably text Sarah to see what's going on.
To Sarah:
Hey so Kyles just asked me to come over to help her get ready for a date. Who's the guy and what's going on?!?!?!?!?!
I turn off the screen and head out to my car. "Bye Fluffy, I'll see you later." I say peting my dogs head. Zac bought me a dog right be for he left on his mission. I get into my car and start driving down the road. "When you look at me, when you're in my arms, baby all I see is how beautiful you are." I sing along with Zac, and before I know it I'm at Kylies house. I check my phone befor I go inside, and I see that I have a text from Sarah. She explains what's been going on, and now I'm starting to get worried. "Kyle, its me!" I yell as I walk in the front door.
"Hey, I'm in my room." I hear her yell from down the hall. I walk into her room just to see her staring blankly at all her clothes. "I don't know what to wear."
"You know what, I'll choose everything. Go plug in your hair straightener and curler, while I pick out your clothes." She nods her head and does as I say. "Hey Kyles, what are you doing tonight?"
"He hasn't told me, but I know its not anything fancy." She answers.
"Ok, cool." I pull a green shirt, and a white tank top. I grab a blue jeans jacket, with matching skiny jeans. "Ok, put this on. I'll be talking to Sarah while I'm waiting." I walk out of the room, and find Sarah sitting on the couch. "I'm nervous."
"About what?" She asks.
"Her, and this Josh guy. Do you even know him?"
"Oh, yeah! TJ, and I have known him longer than Kylie has."
"So he's a good guy?"
"Yep."
"Well I still don't want them to be together. Her, and Patch were and still are perfect for each other."
"I know, but it almost seems like she forgot about her last date with Patch, and the magic she felt."
"Kadie, I'm done!" I hear Kylie yell from her room.
"I just wish Patch would just hurry up and come home." I say as stand up. I walk into Kylies room and see her wearing the clothes I picked out. "Ok spin." She turns around so I can see how it looks. "Ok, that looks good. Now hair." We go into the bathroom and I start to sraighten her hair so when I curl it it will stay better. After awhile I finish and put a flower in it. "Ok, done. What do you think?"
"I love it!" She yells. "Now make up?"
"Sure." I finish her make up, now were just trying to find shose, and a bag. I find a pair of hot pink flats and hand them to her, then grab a matching bag. "Ok, all done. What do you think?" I say and fall on her bed.
"Every thing is perfect! Thanks so much, Kadie!" She yells and gives me a hug. She pulls out her phone to check the time. "He should be here in about 10 minutes." She starts jumping and runs out of the room.
"Oh, boy." I wisper to myself. I walk out of the room and sit by Sarah, again.
"Kylie, calm down. Its just a date, plus you're not even into this guy, remember? You love Patch." Sarah reminds her.
"Yeah, yeah, I know. I'm just excited." Sarah and I look at each other after she said that, and Sarah has a worrid look on her face, then we hear the door bell ring. "He's here!" She jumps up and runs to the door to answer it, then I see TJ walk in. "Never mind."
"Hey babe." TJ says to Sarah, and she welcomes him with a peck on the lips. "Hey Kadlynn."
"Hi TJ." I say, then I hear a knock at the door.
"Hey Josh!" I hear Kylie say. I hear a little bit of talking, then she yells that she's leaving and I hear the door shut.
"Should we follow them?" Sarah asks looking at me.
"I have my car, we can leave right now." I say.
"Whoa, hold on. Nobody's going anywhere. Just let them go." TJ says before we could do anything. "I know you guys don't want them to be together, but this is getting out of hand. If the get together, then they get together wether we like it or not. End of story."
"Fine we won't follow them." Sarah says. "Do you guys want to watch a movie?"
"Sure, what do you have?" I ask.
"There's big hero 6. I know its an older one, but its one of my favorites!" Sarah says.
"Ok." I say then flop down on the couch.
