"I....---Ah princess! Where have you been?!!!" I turned towards the familiar voice. Enzo came walking towards me, and he opened his arms. Finally, I was able to breathe normally as the feeling of relief washed over me. I ran to him, taking me into his familiar and warm hug. I hugged him back so hard. He showed up at the right time. I was really scared of what to do, and I needed his help. I need to tell him about the bomb in my bag. "Enzo, I need to talk to you." I backed away and looked at him. He was looking behind me and took him a second to look at me. "Enzo!!" I said, gritting on my teeth loudly, holding his shirt, making him look at me. "Yes?" He said, looking at me calmly. "We need to get out of here." I said, whispering. "Hahaha already, princess?! I thought you had enough." He said and grinned. What?!! No! That dumbass!
Someone cleared their throat behind me. I turned around. I forgot he was still here. He shouldn't! No one should! There's a bomb behind my back, and it'll explode at any minute now. "Is there something you want, Marco?!" Enzo's eyes turned mad. "Haha, probably, but not now. We were just getting to know each other before it got interrupted." Marco said, crossing his arms, and his sweet, funny, and calm expression was gone.
I looked at them both and got even more nervous. "Whatever it is, you stay away from her, you hear me?!!" Enzo said, starting to shout. "Why is that? Are you her boyfriend or something?! No, you're not. How do I know. Doesn't matter. She's single and very beautiful as well." Marco said and smiled at me; I felt my cheeks warm. "Her boyfriend or not! I'll kill you if you touch h----OK STOP!!! ENZO!! People are staring!" I shouted, stopping them both. I held Enzo's arm and dragged him with me away from Marco, who was staring daggers at him. "Enzo. Enzo, look at me, there's something important you should know. Enzo!" I said, and when he didn't look at me, staring back at Marco angrily. I shouted nervously, and he looked at me right away. His expression changed when he saw how nervous I was. "Hey... What's wrong?!" He held my face with both hands, I nodded and bit my lower lip nervously. I held his hand and took him out of the school, away from the students. "Are you alright?!" ......"No. No... We have to get out of here... everyone.... " I said, breathing in between and holding my arms nervously. "What...?" He asked, waiting for me to answer. "There's a..." I stopped unable to say it. "Cleo?" He asked, holding my shoulders and moving my chin up to look at him. "What's going on, princess? Who hurt you? Did he do somethi---No! No! There's a b....there's a bomb....in my bag..." I said, stuttering.

His eyes widened. He looked at me with a way, I didn't really figure him out. Is he mad or confused?
He stayed silent for a minute. The way he looked at me made me feel more than just scared of the situation we're in now. What are we going to do?!
"Are you serious?! Show me your bag." I gave him my bag and gasped when someone opened the door and walked out. "WOW. That's a.... big... biiig bomb."Enzo shouted, angry and closed it. "What do you mean big? It's smaller than... than this... uh, isn't it?" He laughed nervously.  "The smaller it is, the bigger the explosion is!" He said, then walked away from me for a bit. "*F*******" He whispered, cussing as he kept looking around. As I sat on the ground and pulled my knees to my chest, staring blankly ahead. "Big explosion... Big... Enzo... someone is trying to bomb me. Big bomb... I'll be shattered like a... small pieces in the air... Someone's trying to kill me brutally. That's so horrible!! Why would someone try to kill me...!" Enzo turned to me. He got on a knee and watched me for a second. I was silently panicking. "Why... I'm innocent... Why would someone want to bomb, Enzo!?" I cried. "I never hurt anyone! I... how could they!!-- Hey, calm down. I won't let that happen! Stop! Look at me!" I kept crying but moved my head up to him. "We have ten minutes! Let's go!" He said in a hurry and helped me up, then held my hand with him running.
We stopped in front of his car and got in. He started the car and drove very fast. My hands were trembling when I was putting the safety belt on.
I looked at him, taking out his phone and calling. He said something in Italian that I didn't get and closed the phone, throwing it at the back seat of the car.

"Where are we going to do?!!"
"You don't worry. We'll figure it out. You calm down, and you just ask a question into the other without noticing. And I still don't know where to go." He said, gripping on the wheel hard, his veins showed out of his hands. "Oh..." I said, trying to take my breath and looking out of the window. He's right. I was so nervous I didn't say a sentence right.
My hands nervously reached to the bag and opened it. There were seven minutes left. Suddenly, I felt the car moving faster. I looked at Enzo, and he was so angry. I took a deep breath. "Who... How did it get in your bag??" He said, trying to keep his calm. I bit my lip nervously and curled my hair into my fist from the side, and stared at the window. "...I... I don't know. I don't know."
"Did someone open your bag, and you didn't know? Did you leave your bag?!---- Of course you smartass! Someone definitely opened it, and I don't know when or how!!! But no, it never left from behind my back!!"
I noticed him starting to raise his voice, so I cut him off and shouted. "Was it open? Who would do that?!! Who the fuck came close to you?!" He shouted. "No. No. No. NO!!!" I said and noticed, said the last one surprised and finally realizing. "No..." Could it be Marco? No. It's not Marco. It can't be him. Right, I don't know him. But....
"Cleo!!!" Enzo shouted getting my attention. He parked the car in front of the sea. He opened the door when I looked at him and came to my side. I got out and he stopped me. "You stay here." I looked at him confused. He took the bomb from my Bag. It was a mini bomb but had so many wires from behind.
"What are you going to do?" I asked him. "We have no time." He spoke. "Cleo...." He came closer. He held my shoulder with a hand and the other putting the bomb away. "I'm sorry if I ever did anything that hurt you----Enzo----You were the most important person in my life. You are so precious you don't know that. You don't know how I was the past week being professional with you. You don't know how I felt all those years without you. ---Enzo What are you saying?!!" I stopped him and asked worried. He looked deep in my eyes and took a deep breath, closing his eyes. "Enzo what are you saying and why are you saying this?! This is not the time for this! We need to stop this bomb!" I said, pointing at the bomb and holding his arm. He looked to my eyes like he wanted to say something so eagerly. "You just stay here, ok? Your safety is the most important to me." He said and leaned in, kissing my cheek. And hugged me tightly, I wrapped my arms around his neck, looking at the sky and figuring this out. I shook my head as he pulled away. "I will.... get rid of it. I'm sorry again. Seeing you was the happiest that happened to me in so long." He said and backed away, looking at me. "Are you going to do what I think you're going to do? You'll just throw it in the sea, right? Yeah..." I said, hoping it was just that. Afraid of a fact that has to stop this hope. Afraid of what he'll say. He nodded, looking down. "No....!" I said, putting my hands on my mouth. I feel my eyes getting watery. "Hey, hey, you'll be fine. I'll do it for you. For everyone. It's okay. Someone has to dive it deep in the water, so it doesn't affect the city. And if it's not me, then everyone will die. I can't let any danger reach you, Cleo." He said, rubbing my shoulders and smiling slowly.

He rested his forehead on mine. "Please, no...." I sobbed.
He held my hand and kissed it. I felt a tear slide down on my cheek. "As long as I want to stay and protect you, I can't.  So, promise me you'll be careful.... princess..." I looked down and cried. He pulled my chin and made me look at him. "Promise me." He looked in my eyes. I looked at his beautiful blue ones. Those eyes... "No. You promise me you'll be back in time." I said, holding his shirt collar. "There's a possibility...I might not make it---No! You promise me!! Enzo!! Don't do this to me! I command you to come up before it explodes!! That's an order! Aren't you supposed to follow my orders??!! Your mission is to come out before it explodes! Your mission is to not die! You hear me!!!" I shouted, looking straight in his eyes, trying to stay strong.
We stayed silent for a second.
"I can't promise you... A person can't always choose their faith, I'm sorry. I....I'll definitely try, and....if I didn't make it...." He stopped and looked at my face, I bit my lip because of many different emotions I felt that I couldn't describe. "Then forgive me.... I'm really sorry for leaving you all these years, I'm sorry for being cold and confusing you a lot, but know that...." He hugged me. He hugged me a very tight hug. "Enzo, please don't do that." I said, then he smelled my hair and backed away. "You were the best part of my life." He continued then backed away. "I have to, princess. I'm really sorry." He said and gave me a forehead kiss, grabbing the bomb from behind me and ran.
"NO!!!" I ran after him, but he was so fast and in a second.

He jumped into the water.

I didn't see the time; I didn't see it. I don't know how much time it will take to explode. What I knew is I didn't want Enzo to die.

I stood there waiting. My hands on my mouth and looking at the sea, waiting...
