"It's so weird to be back at school," Toby grimaced, looking around Arcadia Oaks High. "Last time I saw this place, it was in ruins because a piece of Camelot crashed into the school."

"Ah, that was a fun day," Jim replied sarcastically. Claire shivered at the memory.

"Ugh, and now I have to repeat sophomore year all over again! Mrs. Janeth's math class was a nightmare!" Toby moaned.

"Join the party," Jim mumbled. "Despite already doing all this, I remember nothing!"

"We can study together," Claire offered. Jim smiled at her.

"I'd love that."

"Me too," Toby added. Toby then stopped in his place and put his hands out to halt his friends. "There she is. The woman of my dreams," Toby sighed, looking at Darci. "Jim. I need you to do whatever you've been doing to make people remember."

"What? I don't know how to do that! It just happens," Jim shrugged.

"I thought you said that people remembered if you wanted them to, though," Claire inquired. Jim sighed.

"It is. Well, I think that's part of it. It seems so much more complicated. I'm not entirely sure how it works, and I believe there is more to it than just desire," Jim stated.

"Maybe you should talk to someone who might know about it," Toby suggested.

"Oh yeah, like who?"

"Dude. You know, like three wizards."

"Oh. Oh! I can't believe I forgot!" Jim exclaimed, slapping his forehead.

"You're dating a wizard," Claire said dryly. Jim chuckled and rubbed the back of his neck.

"An incredible wizard!" Jim quickly replied. Claire rolled her eyes playfully. "After school, I'll go to Douxie's bookshop and see if either he or Merlin can give me guidance on this whole thing of having people remember things."

"Great plan. Now let's get to history class with Mr. Strickler. I don't feel like getting detention," Toby grumbled.

"You realize Mr. Strickler wouldn't give you detention, right? He knows that your...extracurricular activities are far too important to be missed," Jim said.

"I guess that's true," Toby responded.

"Well, let's head to class," Claire smiled. "We shouldn't be late. Detention or not."

"Claire will always be the scholar out of the three of us," Toby smiled.

"That is accurate," Jim replied, following Claire.

The sun had set a little while ago. Play practice had run longer than expected. Currently, Jim was walking to the bookstore in his glamor mask. Claire and Toby had gone home for the night, but Jim's was only just starting.

Ignoring the closed sign on the bookstore, Jim pushed the door open and hesitantly walked in. There was a warm fire in the fireplace, but no one was in sight. A black mass moved on one of the chairs, and Jim realized the room wasn't empty.

"Well, well, well. If it isn't the time-traveling Trollhunter," Archie greeted, stretching before jumping off the table and walking up to Jim.

"Archie!" Jim smiled. "Do you happen to know where Douxie or Merlin is?"

"Hmm. I've been napping for quite a while, but the last I saw them was in the backroom," Archie informed, pointing to a door.

"Thanks, Archie," Jim smiled. Jim walked to the door and tentatively poked his head through. Douxie was sitting on the table looking exasperated while Merlin was standing in front of him holding a Rubix Cube.
