"Despite how advanced our technology is, we have been unable to locate the order," Krel sighed, pacing around the living room of his house. The rest of the configuration was present, waiting for the Archane Order to strike again, but...it hasn't happened.

"I do not like this silence," Aja spoke, frowning deeply. "This could mean they are preparing for a much larger attack."

"Or, they know they can't handle us?" Toby presented hopefully.

"It has been a month. Where could they have possibly gone?" Douxie pondered, rubbing his chin in thought. "They would either be looking for Nari or the Genesis Seals."

"Well, there is no way they would know how to find the Genesis Seals," Archie hummed, looking over at Merlin, sitting laxly on the couch.

"The only way they would be able to get them would be over my dead body," Merlin proclaimed. "Literally."

"Thank you for that," Douxie sighed, rubbing his face in exhaustion.

"The Archane Order are cowards!" Vex exclaimed.

"I fear for what they are planning," Nari frowned. "I cannot feel them anymore. They have cut me off."

"The longer we take to find them, the more time they have to come up with whatever they're planning," Douxie reminded.

"And we've already checked their hideout from when they kidnapped Nari and used the Genesis Seals?" Toby inquired.

"I check it out with Douxie every couple of days. There is no trace of them," Claire shrugged.

"They know Jim has been touched by time. They wouldn't be foolish enough to hide in places we could already be aware of," Merlin presented.

"Is Jim still outside?" Krel asked, looking out the sliding door.

"He still training with Nomura. He wants to be as proficient as possible with wielding two swords," Toby informed.

"I came in a long time ago," Nomura spoke up, appearing behind the group, sipping tea. The group jumped at her appearance, and Claire frowned.

"So he's training out there all by himself?" Claire asked.

"I advised little Gynt to take a break. He was not fond of the idea," Nomura hummed. "I was not interested in fighting him on it."

"I'll go talk to him," Claire began, only to be held back by Blinky.

"If I may, Fair Claire, it is getting rather late, and you and Tobias have school to attend," Blinky said. "Allow me and Aaarrrgghh to convince him to return to Trollmarket for some time."

"I still can't believe after everything, we still have to go to school," Toby muttered, "Unbelievable."

"Learning good, Wingman," Aaarrrgghh smiled.

"Yeah, I love learning about parabolas twice," Toby huffed.

"Allow Varvatos Vex to walk the young Domzalski home," Vex proclaimed, standing up from his chair. "Varvatos Vex has some flowers to present to my fair beloved Domzalski."

"Is this how Jim felt when Strickler started dating his mom?" Toby asked himself, picking up his backpack and heading towards the door with Vex in tow. "Tell Jim I say hi, Blinky!"

"Make sure Jim gets some sleep," Claire instructed. "I know he's been on edge lately, but he keeps forgetting that he has basic needs to attend to."

"I have a hunch that Jim's young trollish nature shall rear its head around," Blinky nodded. "Looks like scruffing the boy is in my future."
