I kept on looking at the time on my phone under the table. Don't get me wrong—I really love my org, I look forward to our meetings, but this one could've been an e-mail, sa true lang. Bailey didn't attend rin kasi kaya siguro bored na bored ako.

3:00 P.M.

"Meeting adjourned," Kuya Artie said.

"Baka next term na 'yung next meeting, guys. Focus muna kayo sa finals, okay? Keep yourself posted nalang sa GC," sabi pa ni kuya.

I wore my mustard Kanken bag and stood up. Nag-bye na rin ako sa other orgmates ko tapos lumabas na ako ng room. I was walking down the hallway when I noticed na people were looking at me.

My forehead creased. Do I have a dirt on my face?

Nag-mirror ako sa phone ko pero gorg pa rin naman ako. I mean, girl, stressed ka na sa acads, don't let it affect your beauty!

"Uh... Debbie!"

I looked back sa tumawag sa name ko and I saw Kuya Artie walking towards me kaya I halted.

"Yes, kuya?"

"May nagpapabigay nga pala sayo," he said and handed me a small cream-colored envelope.

"Who is this from po?"

He shrugged. "Pinasa-pasa lang sa org kanina, e. Sige na, mauna na ako. Have fun sa sembreak, Debbie!"

I smiled and waved kay Kuya Artie. I looked down on the envelope on my hand, my forehead creased. I moved to the side of the hallway and doon ko in-open 'yung envelope. I pulled out the letter and read it.

Kumunot lalo ang noo ko. Ilang beses na akong flip nang flip nung letter but I still didn't see who it came from.

'Where the life exists?' I wondered. Saan naman 'yun?

Ugh, kairita! I just said that I'm already stressed sa acads tapos someone would come along and make things harder for me?

My gosh! The last thing I'd wish for today is a riddle!

I dragged my feet, looking for places in the campus where life possibly exists. For Pete's sake, there's life naman everywhere! The university is literally an ocean of students. Duh?

"Jigs?" I called when I saw him.

Parang bigla siyang na-tense kaya pumasok siya sa Bio lab. My eyes widened.

Oh, my gosh! 'Life exists' as in living bacteria?!

They could've just said 'where bacteria is studied' and I would've got there sooner! Ugh, I hate this brain gymnastics!

I tried to get a peek of the laboratory but all windows were covered with cartons. Hmm... what's going on here? I knocked on the front door and waited for an answer.

Nilapit ko 'yung ear ko sa door and bigla nalang bumukas kaya I almost fell to the ground!

I saw Jigs all dressed up in a suit and tie. He smiled and extended his hand. Naguguluhan pa ako but I just went with my gutfeel na I'm supposed to take it.

We went inside the lab. It was so hot and dark in here!

Pinaupo niya ako sa isang chair. Then he went in front of me and make hawi the blue curtain, revealing Migo playing a bass, Arch playing an acoustic guitar, and Bailey playing the piano?!
