@agentbottom gave me the idea! So all credits go to them. Anyway, enjoy! I will admit that this isn't kiribaku, although they probably wanted that, as I don't ship it. There is nothing wrong with the ship, it's adorable and popular for a reason, but it's just not for me, and I didn't want to only give half effort because of that, sorry!

"Ugh, I'm bored," whined Kaminari, with Mina nodding along.

"Shut up and hurry up!" yelled Katsuki, a little bit ahead of the rest. It was their monthly hike, a tradition that started because of Kirishima. The lovable boy had convinced Bakugou to let him go along once or twice, enjoyed it, and had subsequently dragged the others along.

While they did have a lot of fun, Denki and Mina often got tired quickly and would annoy the others. Usually, Jirou would be able to entertain them enough to keep the complaints at bay, but the young girl was not with them as she was away on a two-week trip with Momo.

"Come on, guys! Let's try and keep up," Eijirou tried to encourage them, although even he was starting to pant.

Katsuki had brought them to one of the longest hikes possible, as he was stressed with exams and villains and needed the relief walking gave him. While it had seemed like a good idea back then, in hindsight they should have realised it was out of their depth.

"Jesus Christ, I'm about to spit out my lungs," huffed Sero, red-faced.

"Hurry up, losers!" Bakugou shouted again. "We're nearing the end, then we'll stop. Then we can go back!"

"Yay, let's do this!" Mina said enthusiastically, always one to be positive. It was just one of those things. She was also really looking forward to eating the food they had packed away and taking pictures of the view, as it is said that the scenery is one of the most beautiful.

"That's the spirit!" Kirishima quickly agreed.

"Oh God, no positivity, please. I can't deal with it right now," Hanta joked.

"I know, right? Right now we need negativity and anger," Kaminari agreed, the two of them sharing a grin.

"We're here! And if you four idiots don't pick up the pace I'll blow your head off!" Bakugou demanded, his voice echoing down.

"Wow, he never fails to cheer us up," Sero giggled, with the rest joining him.

Soon enough, they struggled through the trees, emerging into a clearing. Instantly, all four of them laid down on the ground, while Katsuki stared at them unamused. Shaking his head, he started to set up the picnic. As always, he had taken control over the food so that his friends didn't just stop and eat it when they were close to giving up. It was a motivation for them to keep up, as they wouldn't be able to eat easily otherwise.

"Are you not tired, Bakubro?" Kirishima called over. He entertained the idea of helping him set up, but decided against it. The cool grass was too comforting.

"I'm not weak like you, I can take a little walk," Katsuki shot back, although contrary to his statement he sat down heavily once he finished.

"Of course you can," Denki mumbled to the three people surrounding him.

"Hah? What did you say?"

"Nothing!"

"It better have been nothing," Katsuki muttered back, glaring at him.

A minute or so later, the other wannabe heroes crawled over, chugging water into their mouths and down their shirts.

"Great! Let's get started then, I'm starving," Denki said once he was done. The others murmured in agreement, before getting started on the feast.
