The Daughter/Son of UN [Countryhumans Fanfiction]

Chapter 19

Piles of rubble and debris were left after the building had collapsed with many injured horribly and many dead corpses crushed underneath the heavy weight of metal, steel, and various materials that made up the huge facility. ASEAN lifted a chunk of metal off himself, EU, and NATO as they were close to reaching the surface. NATO carried an unconscious UN over his shoulder as EU followed close behind him. They finally made it up to the surface, NATO rushing over to a nearby vehicle and gently laying UN down across a seat. EU ran up beside his friend and volunteered to stay and aid UN while he went out with ASEAN to find any remaining survivors. NATO agreed and went back to ASEAN. EU rummaged through vehicles until he found a first aid kit and immediately started to tend to UN's wounds. 

Soviet Union punched his way through the wood and steel walls, eventually reaching the surface. He helped his children get out first, holding a huge piece of heavy steel over his head so it wouldn't collapse in on them. Belarus, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan went through first with the help of Russia, who escaped to the surface after them. Soviet let go of the heavy piece of steel and swiftly stepped up onto the huge pile of rubble. The four siblings hugged their father, and their father hugged them back. ASEAN arrived with NATO and led them over to where EU and UN were.

New Zealand emerged out of the grass with America. The two brothers held shovels in their hands, which explains how they dug their way up and through the ground. Their clothing was filthy with the dirt landing and sticking onto their shirts. They were exhausted though and once they reached the surface, they fell and passed out. France, who had already dug herself out, found them and carried them to a separate vehicle next to where UN was. She then went out to search for her two other children, Canada and Australia. There were still many of their people who had not made it out yet.

"Germany, Canada, Australia, Britain, Mexico, and (Y/N) are still stuck underneath the collapsed building. We have to find them!" New Zealand exclaimed. 

ASEAN turned to NATO. "What should we do? There is a lot of space to cover and the space is deep."

"It may take a while, but we can find them. Hopefully (Y/N) is still in there, alive. Imagine how UN would react." France said.

"He would be devastated." Belarus frowned.

"Alright, we will have to split up into groups." NATO began. "Take out as much rubble from the giant hole as possible and create paths for you guys to get out through just in case it collapses again."

The organization gave orders and split everyone into groups of three. They spread out and went to different sections and lifted up a piece of rubble one at a time. The sun hit hard and they were all sweating, but they continued to search for their lost friends. Water was handed out to everyone so that they wouldn't become dehydrated. 

UN awoke with a startle. He saw EU'S face and thought that it was British Empire, but he soon realized it was only his friend. 

"Oh man, you scared me half to death." UN chuckled, sitting up with the help of his pal.

EU smiled. "Are you alright? Can you walk at all?"

UN exited the car and stood up on his feet, taking a couple steps forward. He turned to his partner. "Seems like I can walk."

"Good. Right now we're trying to search for some of our people. There are still many left and—"

"(Y/N)!" UN whipped around. "Where is my baby!? Where are they!?"

EU placed his hand on his shoulder and spun him around to face him. "We haven't found them yet, but please don't panic. (Y/N) is an intelligent little child, we all know that they won't die that easily."

"But...I have to go find them!" 

EU held him in his spot. "No, you must rest. You'll end up breaking a bone or something if you move too much. You are deeply damaged and your body needs time to heal. I advise you to just sit down and wait for us to find them."

UN sighed and nodded, sitting on the car seat with his legs hanging out the side. 

"We found Germany and Mexico!" Ukraine shouted from across the field. 

France removed a huge chunk of wood and discovered Britain. He was unconscious and part of his leg was wedged beneath two pieces of metal. America and New Zealand were happy to see their father and quickly helped him out of the space he was in. France carried her husband to a vehicle and had NATO tend to his wounds. 

Russia jumped down into a hole he created and tossed debris out of it, almost hitting Belarus with them. He crawled under spaces and examined each and every nook and cranny, not finding anyone. He went forward and pushed away more debris. He spotted Canada and Australia beside one another and not unconscious. Russia could tell they were delirious and dazed.

"Canada, Australia!" Russia called out to them.

Canada looked up. "R-Russia?"

"We are going to get you out of there! Hang tight!" The Russian backed away and climbed out of the hole he was in. Soviet helped his son out and got both brothers out. 

They found British Empire, but her head was crushed and blood was splattered everywhere. They also found many of her henchmen and decided to give them mercy. UN chose to make this decision because he was no monster like British Empire. The henchman, in return, helped with the search. 

North Korea and Martial Law were both found dead with their bodies crushed.

The countries and organizations dug about, attempting to find you, but they couldn't find you.

UN trembled as tears formed in his eyes.

Everyone was devastated. 

No one spoke, it was complete silence…

…until a gloved hand popped out of the dirt. 

Third Reich crawled out of the ground, coughing harshly as he held you in his arms. You were wrapped up in a blanket. 

UN rushed over to him. The Nazi raised his hands and handed you to him.

"You're welcome…" Third Reich weakly said, dropping his arms before passing out and becoming still.
