ELOISE MICHAELSIt's early Saturday morning and classic Onny left her curtains open, allowing the sun to shine through. Her and Lucille could sleep through it, myself on the other hand could not.
I groan, attempting to throw the duvet over my head to see if it would make any difference.
It didn't.
Reluctantly, I pull myself out of bed and get myself ready to go eat breakfast alone. I shower and brush my teeth, choosing to wear a new vintage jacket that I found in Paris, paired with jeans and a long sleeve top.
As I walk into the Great Hall, I find Blaise peacefully reading The Daily Prophet by himself.
"I didn't guess for you to be the type to read the paper," I chuckled, taking a seat across from him.
"I just like watching the moving pictures," He smiled, affiriming my original assumption. "What are you doing out so early without the girls?"
"They're still sleeping so I thought I'd just get out early today. I can't always wait on them".
"Yeah, I agree. Enzo was still sleeping when I left and I assumed Draco was staying with Lucille last night," Blaise responded.
"Draco didn't come back to your room last night?" I questioned
"Like I said, I guessed he was staying at your dorm," He repeated. "I like your jacket, by the way. Looks like something my Mother used to wear".
"Thank you. I found it in France," I grinned.
"Où sont les toilettes, s'il vous plaît?" Blaise chuckled, attempting his best french accent.
"You wanna know where the toilets are?"
"Well that Beuxbatons chick told me it me French for 'Will you dance with me, please?" Blaise frowned.
"And you didn't hear toilettes and think otherwise?"
He laughed, "I guess not".
I placed a variety of fruits and pasteries onto my plate, filling my goblet with apple juice.
"Any plans with Lorenzo today?" Blaise questioned, following in my lead and grabbing a plate.
"I'm not too sure yet. I'm grabbing a drink with Levi later," I shrugged.
"Levi? And Enzo's cool with that?" Blaise queried.
"I guess so. It's not like he's my boyfriend anyways".
Blaise chuckled to himself. "What?" I asked.
"I'm sorry but why are you ladies like this?" Blaise questioned.
"What do you mean by that?"
"Hey, not saying you can't be friends with guys I mean WE have established a great friendship," He defended. "I just don't understand when you will argue that he's not your boyfriend but end up hurt about that too".
I didn't really know how to respond. I knew what he was trying to say but it revolved around his situtaion with Onyx.
But what am I holding myself back from?
"If it helps, I can tell Lorenzo cares for you A LOT. I mean, he always has and we have all been waiting for the day you would both finally see past a friendship," Blaised added.
"It's just new and difficult. We both probably shouldn't have rushed into the sudden change. You know, be slower paced," I replied.
"Is it really so sudden though? This groups' gossip moves around in a circle like a train. We all have known that these feelings aren't anything new," Blaise responds, sitting from his goblet.
