It had been difficult for her to adjust at first because the dream she thought she was in wasn't coming to an end.

After checking out of the hospital with Aizawa he'd promised to help her figure everything out noticing how lost she actually was behind the tough act she was displaying. Though after that he had been silent probably thinking of what to do with her so she just kept quiet and was just grateful that he believed her and wanted to help her.

It was quite a shock to think about the possibility that the life you have lived was a mere made up story for others their entertainment. But that couldn't be it, it didn't make sense. However 'supernatural' their world was, it couldn't be just some story.

The main explanation Aizawa could come up with was that this so called 'author' named Kohei Horikoshi was actually a writer with some kind of dimension travelling quirk or a quirk that let him know everything about someone.

Very different from the author she admired.

"I can see how that would clarify part of what's happening but how did I end up here?"

"It must be something else quirk related but I don't know yet."

Aizawa sighed and parked his car to the side. He indicated for her to follow him to the house they had stopped in front of.

"Eraser, what brings you here?"

"I'm sorry to visit unannounced Recovery Girl, but it's an unusual situation and I need your help."

The lady looked sceptic at first but when she noticed the young girl standing behind him she scooted him aside.

"Poor thing, what happened to you?"

She pulled her inside catching her off guard and the pro-hero followed behind to her doctors office.

She's so sweet, I want to hug her!

"Uhm apparently I was caught up in that Villain attack from before, the hospital said I didn't have any major injuries and really I'm fine-"

"No, no can't let that pretty face of yours get scarred from those scratches and bruises now can we, let me take a look sweetheart."

She gave her the warmest smile she had ever seen and pat her head.

"Can you also check if she has a Quirk?"

The male questioned from his leaning position against the wall.

"What's going on Eraser?"

The healer felt like something was off in this whole situation, the man she knew him to be wouldn't suddenly turn up at her door with a random girl if it wasn't really serious.

"She's from another dimension, I am guessing a Quirk brought her here."

He explained as vaguely as possible, not wanting others besides the two of them to know the details. The girl that was sitting on the examination chair also understood and thought that the less people knew the better. Recovery Girl, who didn't want to know more than needed, simply nodded and started her inspection of the girl in front of her.

Different from her more cold speech towards Aizawa she kindly made some small talk with the teen. She was thankful for her kindness and effort to make her comfortable in the pretty awkward situation. Aizawa also carefully followed what his college was doing and tried to think of more explanations of this whole ordeal.

"Okay dearie I have the results."

Recovery Girl showed her scans on the screen and also other results.

"Your body has all the necessities of a Quirk-user, yet it shows no signs of a certain quirk as we usually know it. My guess is that your Quirk is having a 'Quirk compatible body', but I'm not certain as it's the first time I'm seeing this. I will make sure to give you a big healing so anything that might be hurt from before with recover and make your body fit in better into this universe if it doesn't already."

Yet again it was a lot to take in but she decided to not overthink it for the time being and just thanked the older lady for her helped and show her appreciation.

"Oh no need darling, you're very welcome, it must be very difficult on you already so I'm glad I can help."

She smiled and finished of with a big peck on her cheek. She could feel her body starting to feel better and healthier but at the same time it grew heavy and tired. Before she could even register she dozed to sleep.

"Such a young child shouldn't go though this, I can't imagine how confused and lost she must really feel behind that smile she had on."

Aizawa didn't respond but he agreed with his elder and was glad that the girl was peacefully sleeping instead of stressing out.

---

Slowly the sleeping teen became more conscious of her surroundings and the sound of an engine and the car interior around her became more clear. She noticed how light her arm felt when she rubbed her eyes, much better than the aching she had felt before. She had expected to wake up in her own world so seeing the dark haired male again behind the steering wheel caught her by surprise but she also felt relieved.

"You awake, Kiddo?"

"Mhm... Where are we going?"

"It's too late to find you a lodging and you don't have an ID either so I thought it was best if you just stay at my place for the time being until we find a way for you to go back to your own world."

When the words left Aizawa's mouth, that's when the realization hit her. This was actually her life for now, it couldn't be a dream anymore. This was real. Her ultimate dream had become reality. She could choose her own life and what to do with it.

"I- I don't want to go back. I want to stay here and become a Hero!"

The Pro-Hero wes taken aback by her sudden exclamation but when he saw her eyes shining with determination through the rear-view mirror he couldn't help but believe in her.

"You don't have a Quirk for that remember. You should take it easy and adjust to this world first."

"I'm fine with just being a Supporter or something! Please, will you just train me?"

Her plead was unconsciously directed towards Aizawa, as if asking for his permission. Of course this was unnecessary as the male had no say over her decisions or whatsoever but he somehow felt responsible over the girl. A sigh escaped his lips as he rubbed the bridge of his nose in annoyance.

"If that is what you want."
