"Can you pass me my water bottle please?"

Gasping for air, she had collapsed onto the ground after yet another intense training session with Bakugou. The first one after getting healed from her injury caused by Stain.

"Thanks."

She breathed out, barely catching the bottle that the boy had aggressively thrown at her. At least he gave it to her, that's a big improvement.

"Why are you grumpier than usual today, Blasty?"

The girl questioned tilting her head to the side but he just scoffed.

"Shut the hell up Shorty, it's none of your damn business."

"Will you tell me yourself or do I read your mind?"

"Hah?!"

She took that as a 'yes' and after a deep breath she answered him.

"You're frustrated because even though I just recovered from an injury you can still see how I've improved over a week of internship while you think you've been wasting your time."

Bakugou looked like he was fuming but before he could protest she raised her hand.

"You don't have to talk about it, I won't force you. Though, I can see right through you Bakugou so please don't lie to me, it hurts. And I don't think you've wasted your time at all. I think you've improved too, but maybe in a more less visible way. Anyways, I have promised to meet up with another friend so I'll see you later."

She got up and walked towards the boy who had his fists clenched and was glaring at her ready to explode but she interrupted him again by placing a hand on his shoulder and staring into his eyes with determination.

"I will never judge you, I know you better than you think I do and you can always come and talk to me, you're a very important person to me, don't ever forget that."

A smile was send his way and she left him before he could reply, face glowing red.

"Shitty girl, who does she fucking think she is?!"

---

"You're late."

A bored voice sounded from the male leaning against the wall of a coffee shop.

"I'm sorry, I had to recover from Bakugou's training"

"I don't understand why you hangout and train with him when you just get beaten up all the time."

His concern made the girl laugh and she poked in between his eyebrows to make him get rid of his frown.

"To get stronger of course! And he's really not as bad as he looks, he's a friend."

"Yeah? I don't think those feeling are mutual."

He teased with a playful smirk making her reply with an offended face.

"That really hurts Shinsou, how can he not like me back? Have you seen me? I'm the best girl ever."

"You know, I wish you'd actually think like that of yourself instead of being the insecure ass that you are."

He ruffled her hair after her dramatic hairflip like the role of the big brother friend that he had acquired.

"Well look who's talking now, Hero."

She nudged his side before they walked inside for their coffee date. Shinsou sipped on his Americano as She had her Cappuccino.

"Summer camp huh?"
