I just got done interviewing a girl to be my assistant, my business was growing hugeee and i had a lot of companies trying to work with me. Alot of modeling options also which was making me look more into the model world. I definitely needed an assistant because i had a lot of things to do during my days and it gets overwhelming so she would be my peace maker. I had already hired a manager which was my father, he knew a lot about the business and had a lot of connections so anything i wanted i know he would make happen. he was the perfect person for the job. AND he said i ain't have to pay him.
I walk to the front of my building to see my workers doing their jobs with making sure the store stayed nice, clean, make sure the clothes were nicely hanged up and folded.
I loved having my own employees it made me feel like a boss...well i am. But it made me love them more and more because they really my life savers and they never call out. Well its only been they first couple weeks here but they are loyal and im also in the process of hiring more people so they won't get over worked.
"everytime i come out here yall doin sum, i feel like yall be knowin when im comin" I squint my eyes playfully.
Makayla chuckles, "we just doin our job Diamond"
"i knowww, yall are the best..ima give yall a extra sum sum on yalls checks" I wink at them and they smile as they thank me.
Seconds later Jada and Imani came into the store like always. They greeted all the workers being as though they were close wit them because they seem to be here more than them.
"hey bitchhh" Imani walks up to me sticking her tongue out which had chips chewed up chips on it.
"ewww nasty bitch" I mush her face lightly.
"hey stinkk" Jada hugs me and i hug her back.
"heyy, see why cant you be normal like her" I roll my eyes walking to the back where my office is with them following me.
""because im your bestfriend and i wouldn't be if i ain't be extra wit you duhhh" She rolls her eyes as she flops down on one of the seats i had in my office.
I laugh. "whatever, what are yall doing here anyways"
"we cant come see how our bestie doin??" Jada puts her hand on her chest getting offended.
I roll my eyes at how dramatic she was, "im fine. living life" I smile so they could leave me alone.
Imani gives me that 'mmhm' face.
"i mean i might be a little upset about Asia but im fine" I shrug.
