"i gotta go Dej, ima come get you when im done okay?" I say into the phone as my makeup was getting touched up.
"okay.." She says sadly.
I hang up and i sigh. These pass couple days have just been crazy for the family, ever since Brayton died it's been so much tension in the house and its so tiring.
My dad won't speak or look at Deja, my mother is barley getting through faking to Brayton family like she doesn't know who killed their son, Deja wants to be under my skin everyday so she don't have to be home but im busy everyday, all day. No matter how much i want to get her away from the "hell house" as she calls it, i just can't. Ever since i started modeling i've haven't had any time.
Ugh. Malik went to Florida yesterday, he didn't wait the full 4 days which kinda got me sad cause i missed him already but i understand that he wants Nia.
"Okay you ready Diamond?" My photographer asks.
"yess" I say getting up out the chair and walking to the backdrop.
As we were starting to take pictures my phone started ringing. I knew it was an important phone call because my phone is on DND and the only calls i allow are important ones.
"im sorry" I say to my team and walk to my phone.
It was my dad. I answer.
"Hey dad im at work" i say.
"well don't forget you have more work to do...im just calling to remind you that you have the Gallery Dept preview photos you have to post and you have your Dior Body oil Advertisement to do. The dior ad was supposed to be done yesterday, they emailing me saying that you have til 9am to post it or they want their money back" He says.
I roll my eyes. "ard im going to post them now thank you" I say.
"no problem babygirl" He says then hangs up.
I loved having my dad as my manager he was on top of things, always.
"Maddie, can you post my Gallery Dept photos and My Dior skin photos? With the perfect caption" I chuckle.
"yes ma'am" She says.
I start finishing my photoshoot.

I just got done with my photoshoot for my new line coming for PLT and i did some shoots for fenty that's coming out soon.
I was happy that i was off but i still had to go to my warehouse later tonight and restock on some things and do inventory. I had people to do these things but sometimes i don't, people call out, or maybe my schedule manager forgets to put someone down on the schedule so i pick the shift up if i can't find anyone. Most days i go in just because i want too.
