"hello miss Diamond" Jennifer says as she walks into office.

"goodmorning.." i say.

"goodmorning Mr. Johnson, maddie, kaitlyn, & everyone else" She greets everyone else in the room.

so only i don't get a goodmorning? oh ok.

"okay so startin with this whole situation that's going on....we need to press charges against Malik?" Jennifer asks.

"no!" My dad and I say at the same time.

"well what are we going to do about it? he is ruining your image, do you not care about that? or do you "love" him too much to see that he don't care about you?" She looks at me.

"first, i don't care what the people are sayin & second you don't know nothin about my relationship" I say.

"ok YOU might not but the people that look up to you & the people that wants to work with you does! they cannot have someone that's bad in the public eye, on or in their brand" she says. "& even if i don't know that much about your relationship, what i do know is, you've been nutted in multiple times and your ran through" jennifer crosses her fingers while looking at me.

"oop" someone says and my dad clears his throat; clearly uncomfortable & probably deep down mad.

i scoff. "fa real jennifer you wan do this right now?" I look at her.

"you're right, we can do this later.." she says.

"& you miss...jackson?" she looks at one of my PLT shift managers.

"im confused why you thought it was okay to cuss out one of our customers??" She says and i look at her like she's crazy.

"you did what??" I say in shock.

"why didn't i know about this?" I ask in confusion.

"yea i want to know the same thing" Jennifer says.

"im sorry Diamond...i meant to tell you about it but it slipped my mind" Maddie says.

Jennifer chuckles in disbelief and i mentally roll my eyes at how careless she is, in the way she speak to people.

"maddie you cant forget to tell me things like that, & Tatiana, cussing at our customers is not ok!"

Tatiana scoffs "she was cussing at me so i said sumthn back"

"no matter what they did, you come to me first and i'll handle the situation...that being said you're suspended for 2 weeks" I say back to her.

she scrunches her eyebrows "what?? i have a kid to take care of i can't be off for 2 weeks" She says.

"im sorry but this is the consequences for your actions & since you seem to not care about what you did you need some time to think, & think about the position you applied for" I say.

"wow. ok." She sits back in her chair.

I don't mean to be rude but i cant have my employees being unprofessional in my place of business, which is also theirs when im not there. When she applied it wasn't to cuss customers out because she don't like what they say to her, she needs to do her job or next time she can go. simple.
