"im sorry i don't understand what the problem is?" I say as i walk into my lobby of PLT.
"this bitch! has a fucking attitude when im the fucking customer!" Some lady points at Brianna.
Brianna was one of my employees, she was very sweet and was not a rude person in any way. I can understand that the customers is upset but cussing my employees out isn't gon work fa me.
"okay so lets talk about it instead of calling her a bitch ok?" I raise my eyebrows at her.
The customer looks at me like im crazy.
"oh you bitches got me fucked up! i will air this bitch the fuck out!!" the lady start doing the most.
I signal my security to escort her out but before they grabbed her she threw the clothes that was in her hand in my face.
I was .2 seconds from knockin her lights out but im the owner of the store, what would i look like fighting this bitch.
"bye bye" I wave while smiling while she got dragged out by my security's.
I pick the clothes up off the floor and then turn to Brianna.
"you okay?"
She nods. "yea, i swear i didn't do anything she walked in with a attitude" she says trying to defend herself.
"its okay I alrey know i was looking at the cameras. you handled it perfectly" I rub her shoulder and give her a small smile.
She smile and nods.
I walk back to my office and make a call to Maddie; my assistant.
"hello" She answers after the second ring.
"hey maddie can you do me a favor" I say into the phone as i go into my computer and go to the cameras.
"can you go into the camera system and get a clip from 9:05am to 9:20am and send it to the company and tell them that the lady in the clip needs a full discovery and she needs to be put into the system so we are notified anytime she enters this building, also ping her cell phone so we can know from that too" i say.
my phone starts beeping and i was getting a call from my mother.
"okay 9am today right?" Maddie asks.
"yes, you got it? you need me to repeat anything?" I ask a little impatient because i didn't want the phone to hang up on my mother then i would have to go allll the way to her contact to call her back.
"umm nope got it!" she says.
"okay thank youu" I quickly answer the phone before she can say anything.
