Our Little Secret (Noah Beck × Lil Huddy)

It all started with a lie

(3rd person perspective)

*day after chase & charli's date*

Chase woke up to a thousand thoughts popping up in his head. He already made up his mind to stay with charli. But, what was he going to do about his "little secret" with Noah? He thought about it for a while. Then, he concluded that he would just have to stay friends with Noah and pretend like nothing happened. He said quietly to himself, "I have to make sure charli never knows about this."

"About what?," said a voice behind him unexpectedly. Chase jumped out of shock, then turned around. It was Dixie Damelio, Charli's sister. Chase tried to cover it up by saying, "oh... I just have a surprise gift for her, that's all." Dixie looked at him suspiciously. "W-why did you come to my room for anyways?," he said nervously while trying to change the subject. She replied, "Oh yeah... I'm going to sway so I can see my boyfriend, and I was going to ask if you wanted to go, since you're friends with Josh and some of the other guys." He thought about it for a few seconds. Then he replied "Sure, I'll go. Is charli coming too?" Dixie responded, "No. She's doing a photo shoot today."

Chase knew this was the perfect opportunity to try and practice playing pretend. Him and Noah were just going to just be "friends" now, so there was nothing to worry about. They just had to keep the act together. And, of course, he wanted to hang out with his homies. The only problem was that dixie was going to be there, and if she sees anything suspicious, everything could go wrong.

Dixie and chase went in the same car. They were both going to the same place, so there was no need to waste more gas. The drive was silent for a moment. But then, dixie asked, "So... what's the surprise gift you wanna give charli?" Chase was not prepared to answer that question. "Well if I told you, it wouldn't be a surprise," he said trying to keep it as vague as possible. Dixie looked at chase suspiciously. Then she said, "Come on, you can tell me. I won't say anything to her, I swear."

Then, while they were talking, they arrived at the sway house. "Oh look, we're already here! Well, guess we gotta go inside," chase says nervously as he quickly opens the car door. As he ran to the house door, he noticed that there were other visiting cars here too. He loudly knocked on the door, and was opened by Josh and his girlfriend Nessa Barrett. She was also visiting.

"Hey man, what's up. It's good to see you," Josh said as he fist bumped Chase. Dixie also made her way to the door, and asked, "Hey, do you know where Griffin is?" Josh replied, "Yeah he's in the dining room with everyone, we're all having dinner together. You guys wanna join?" Chase and Dixie agreed.

All the sway boys were there, including Noah. And Noah, once again, did not know chase was coming. He hears the doorbell ring, not suspecting a thing. Then, to his dismay, he sees Chase and Griffin's girlfriend walking to the dining table. Noah thought in his head, "How many times is this guy gonna pop up unexpectedly?!" But, he tried to remain calm.

All the couples sat next to eachother, and everyone else sat randomly. Chase choose the seat farthest away from Noah, to avoid anything risky from happening. Bryce Hall came with some restaurant food for everyone. And, of course, the food was from saddle ranch.

Everyone grabbed what they wanted, and began to eat. Chase started to notice he was getting some odd stares from Nessa. He was very weirded out by it. She was sitting two seats away from him. Josh was in between them. But Chase chose to ignore the stares by talking to Josh.

After everyone finished eating, Bryce decided to make a suggestion. "Everyone listen up! So I was thinking, since we have 3 guests today at sway, we should play a fun game tonight." Everyone asked which game he was referring to.

"Truth or Dare."
