Chapter 16: Dinner

(Y/n)'s P.O.V

"(Y/n)-chan are you okay now?" He asked with worry on his face

"I'm fine now" I smiled as I walked to my seat then I sat down "(Y/n)-chan the teacher said that you can just rest at your house" My classmate says then i shook my head

"I'll just stay here" I said then I grabbed my book as I continued reading the book that I read before I fainted.

"Are you sure?" She asked then I nodded.

When school was over I went out of the school but when I stepped out of the campus Shinichiro-kun appeared in front of me as he blocked my path

"(Y/n)-chan are you okay?" He asked making me gulp "Er. Yeah" I lied as I turned to the side averting my gaze

"You might say that but the bruise that's on your legs aren't lying" He said as I gasped 

How did he know about this?

"I'm fine now I'll be going!" I said as I stomped away

When I arrived home I saw Mom sitting on the couch as she lifted her eyes as soon as she noticed me "Change your clothes you father is gonna come home and I want you dressed up" She says as she stood up

"Yes" As I lowered my head then I walked towards my room as I closed the door behind me sighing.. Dad is coming home? 

As she commanded I dressed up then a few minutes later  I went down as I sat on the couch at the living room. Then the door opened revealing Dad.

"Good evening" I said then he walked towards me as he kissed my head "How was school?" He asked as I smiled "It was.... great" I answered then he smiled

"I'm sure you made lots of friends! I'm sorry if Dad doesn't go home everyday I'm just really busy" He said as I smiled "It's okay" I lowly smiled 

"What's that bruise on your leg?" He asked then I looked at my leg as I pulled the hem of my skirt down "I tripped down the stairs" I lied as I smiled

"Didn't I tell you to be careful?" He says as he sighed "Yeah" I faked a laugh

"Is dinner ready?" He asked "Yes it is Dear" I flinched as I heard Mom's voice. She walked towards Dad about to kiss him when Dad walked pass her

"I'm hungry!" He says as he headed towards the kitchen.

"The food is great" He says as we sat on the chair eating "So (Y/n)-chan I'm guessing you got inside the ranking?" He says then I nodded "Was it Rank 1?" He asked 

"Well Dear No, she got rank 2 because of her classmate" Mom answered 'Well Rank 2 isn't that bad" He says as he turned to me "Dear are you okay with that?!" She exclaimed as she slammed her hand down the table

"What do you expect me to do?!"

"Kick the boy who dragged her down!"

"PLEASE DON'T!!" I yell as I stood up "Not Shinichiro-kun!" I said as I panted "You can just transfer me somewhere! Just don't kick Shinichiro-kun" I added as they both turned to me 

"We'll just kick the boy out of the school I don't want you to move somewhere else" Dad firmly said "Please Dad I'm begging you! You can just move me somewhere" I begged

"Just don't do anything to Shinichiro-kun" tears escapes my eyes as I hurriedly wiped it.

"Then that's good I like that idea" She says as she sipped her wine.

"Transfer her as soon as possible dear" Mom says as she stood up leaving us. I could hear Dad sighing as he looked at me "Are you sure about your decision?" He asked then I nodded.

Shinichiro's P.O.V 

I heard a knock at the door as I walked towards it opening the door as I saw (Y/n)-chan outside "(Y/n)-chan?" I muttered as I stare at her "Shinichiro-kun can I talk to you alone?" She asked then looked behind me as I saw Emma and Manjiro watching the television.

"Yes" I replied as I went out

We sat outside as we looked up at the moon 

"What made you come here?" I asked then she turned to me "I just want to see you" She says "Well I don't know you miss me so quickly" I teased, I could see her cheeks turn red.. "What?!" She looked away 

"I didn't said that I miss you I just wanted to visit you that's all" She incoherently said 

"I'm sorry (Y/n)-chan because of me you've been punished by your Mom.. It was because we were playing than studying" I apologized

"No Shinichiro-kun.. I'm sorry for getting you involve in our problem" She sighed

"And don't apologize cause I really enjoyed those moments! When we ride the roller coaster?! That was my first time! I wish that we could ride there again but I guess that'll just be a dream for me" She sighed as she stares at me right in the eye 

"Shinichiro-kun take care of Emma-chan, Mikey and Baji... I really love those kids I wish I could play with them more" she said as she stood up

"Why are you saying that of course you can still play with them" I said but she just smiled

"Shinichiro-kun Thanks for being my friend even if it's just for a little while but for me it felt like years" she says I stare into her eyes and I could see sadness inside it.

"I have to go I just came here to tell you that" She stood up about to walk away when I pulled her wrist then I pulled her towards me as I embraced her 

"Sh-Shinichiro-kun!" She gasped "Don't go anywhere okay?" I said then I could feel her body tensed "Y-Yes" She stuttered "Promise?" I asked then she nodded in my chest..

"Can we stay like this just for a little while?" I asked as she nodded as she relaxed in my chest.. Then a few minutes later we broke from the hug 

"Go home" I smiled as she smiled back now walking away waving her hand.

I smiled as I went inside I locked the door as I turned behind me 

"Oooohhhhh~~~ they were hugging!" Manjiro cooed and Emma beside him was giggling
